Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work.(CSI No. 4.01)

Add to Earth work item No. 01 for every additional 30m lead or part thereof or for every additional 1.5M lift or part thereof. (CSI No. 4.04)

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantity of available local sand in the well foundation/ required places including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by E-In-Charge. (CSI No. 4.05) (Labour Rate only)

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations, grass, bush, wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1.0m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of UPPCL area cleared. (CSI No. 4.08)

Hiring and arranging of Tyre mounted excavator (JCB etc.) including cost of fuel along with Driver/Operator for excavation.(CSI No. CH 2.21h+10%)

Fabrication and laying cutting edge made out of MS Angle & plates including cutting moulding in the required shape, Welding as per approved dwrawing and specification including cost of all material,Labour, tool tackets, plants and equipments etc. complete as required for successful complition of the work as directed by E/I. (NSI Based on MORTH data book item no. 12.10 page-350 )

Supply, cutting, bending, molding in the required shape, placing and binding wire or welding where required in the all part of well foundations as per approved drawing and technical specification HYSD/TMT Fe-500 reinforcement bar of TATA/SAIL make cost of all materials, labour, tools tackles plants and equipment etc. complete as required for successful completion of the work as directed by E/I. (Based on MORTH data book of IRC item no.12.40 page 448 )

RCC work in well curb with concrete mix 1:1:2 (one part OPC cement (not less than 550 kg/cum, one part coarse sand (Hameerpur/Chopan Khadan (F.M. 2 to 2.5) and two part 20 mm graded granite stone ballast including shuttering and placing fixing and binding of reinforcement bars with 24 BWG winding wire in proper position as per approved drawing including placing of concrete and compacting the same with vibrators with cost of of all materials, labour and T&P complete. This concrete must give strength equivalent or more than 1:1:2 cement concrete as directed by E/I. (NSI Based on MORTH data book item no. 12.11A-ii) page-351 )

Sinking of 6.5 m standard dia. Well through all kind of strata by dredging out the muck with suitable devices and loading the well for further sinking where well is not sinking under its selfweight, also engaging all limits to control the tilt and swift within the permissible limits (max tilt 1 in 8 and max. swift of 150 mm in resultant direction) any change in actual tilt and swift may necessiate change in the design of well and cantilever etc. and any extra cost on this account shall have to be brone by the contractor, depth of sinking is to rekoned from the lowest water level (Based on standard data book of IRC Sl No.12.13 page 377&379), Depth 0 to 3.0 m below bed level

Add extra to above rate for sinking in clay soil.

Depth beyond 3.0 m to 10 m

Add extra to above rate for sinking in clay soil.

Depth beyond 10 m to 15 m

Add extra to above rate for sinking in clay soil.

Depth beyond 15 m to 20 m

Add extra to above rate for sinking in clay soil.

Depth beyond 20 m to 25 m

Add extra to above rate for sinking in clay soil.

RCC work in well steining and well cap and chimeny with concrete mix 1:1.5:3 (one part O.P.C cement not less than 400 kg per cum.), one & half parts coarse sand (chopan/Hamirpur khadan F.M. 2.30 to 2.5)and three parts 20 mm graded granite stone ballast including proper shuttering and placing fixing and binding of reniforcement bars with 24 BWG binding wire in proper position as per approved drawing including placing of concrete and compacting the same with vibrators with cost of all material labour and T&P complete. This concrete must give strength equivalent or more than 1:1.5:3 cement concrete as directed by E/I. (NSI Based on MORTH data book item no. 12.11 F-i) page-363 )

Providing and laying non-pressure NP3 class RCC pipes (600mm dia) with collars with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion 1:2 (1-Cement, 2-Coarse sand) including testing of joints including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (CSI No. 18.16 c)

Fixing and grouting of stub in proper allienment with help of templet/prop including all labour material and transportation of template. Template and stub shall be provided by the department free of cost (NSI) (Rates Taken from approved rates of SE ECTC LKO).

Providing and constructing 8.0m wide service road to reach island with sand bag and compacted earth including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc required for successful complition of the work standard data book og IRC SL no.12.09 ( c ) page-349

Providing and Constructing Temporary Island of required diameter for Construction of 6.5 m dia. Well foundation with 8" dia 9 m long vertical wooden ballies,2' dia wooden ballies bracing and sand bags (Assuming depth of water 4.0 m and height of island to be 4.5 m) as directed by E/I including all material, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.(Based on MORTH data book item no. 12.9 B page-348-349)

CC in bottom plug of the well with concrete mix 1:2:4 with one part O.P.C cement not less than 300 kg per cum.), one & half parts coarse sand (chopan/ Hamirpur khadan F.M. 1.5 to 2.0) and three parts 20 mm graded granite stone ballast (kabarhi khadan) including Supply of all material labourside shuttering and T&P etc required for proper completion of work as directed by E/I (Based on Sl no.16.04)
