Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts, dismantaling brick work (holes cut and any other damages to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost) complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made solid panel PVC Moulded door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Priming the roof surface with bitumenous primer @ 0.4 litres/Sqm and applying a coat of semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm and thereafter supply and laying Polymeric membrane 3.00 mm, five layered, of weight not less than 3.50 Kg per Sqm with centre layer core of 90 micron high molecular density polyethylene film and bonded completely to the surface with overlap of 10cm (overlap to be thermo fused by frame) followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen @ 0.7 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm and applying a coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by IWL or through a specialized agency which will further have to give a five years warranty for rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed by engaging local labour.

Preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any discription exceeding 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any discription exceeding 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Note : The treatment work shall be carried through authorized agency only, and certificate for the same ofr warranty shall have to be furnished before submitting payment.

Providing treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5ltr/hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge

75 thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.
