Attending Raw water supply complaints and rectification as mentioned below here in after

Internal complaint (in side Room) Including Flush tank Cleaning

External complaint upto 4th floor

External complaint from 5th floor upto 8th floor

External complaint from 9th floor upto 12th floor

External complaint from 12th floor upto 14 th floor Note :- (a) Scaffolading if any required during the progress of work the contractor shall provide the same with out any extra cost to the department the rates quoted shall be deemed inclusive of this provision (b) Necessary complaint book shall be provided and maintained by the contractor, complaint slip shall be deposited every next day in the complaint cell of R2 Complaint Cell w/s duly signed by the occupant (c) Rates for small fittings and parts such as union, socket, Tee, Elbow/Brass elbow, brass socket Reducer, adopter etc. are deemed to be included in item rate however pipes, valves, PVC connection shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items of schedules. (d) Complaint should be attended immediately and shall report the engineer-in-charge /JE E/M after completion within six hours otherwise penalty of Rs. 100/- per complaint per day shall be levied after words.

Cleaning of treated water holding sump of 2 lakh ltrs capacity by dewatering/pumping out the existing soil, slit sludge by using pneumatic/ Non clog pump set after adhering all safety measures and precautions, cleaning the entire surface of bottom and side walls by wire brush and washing with the help of a pressure nozzle and approved chemicals/Bleaching powder to remove entire deposited material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Rate is deemed to be inclusive of marking painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour(Sump/tank) of size 50x100 cm and 30x50 cm (on RCC/PVC) including writing following in white synthetic enamel paint, letter not exceeding 80 mm in width all as specified and directed. Repair to unserviceable Centrifugal pump set of capacity 30 HP by replacing/repair wornout impellers - 01 set, bearings - 02 Nos, bearing housing , gland bush, gland cups, shaft, gasket/oil paper, unserviceable nuts, bolts, washers, greesing etc and making pump servicable complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to unserviceable Centrifugal pump set of capacity 5 HP by replacing/repair wornout impellers - 01 set, bearings - 02 Nos, bearing housing , gland bush, gland cups, shaft, gasket/oil paper, unserviceable nuts, bolts, washers, greesing etc and making pump servicable complete all as specified and directed.
