Dismantling & taking down carefully from its position street light fitting/perimeter lighting luminaries/Flood light fitting such as fluorescent tube/HPSV lamp type fitting of any wattage & disconnection from over head line/junction box/poles or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unservicable LT armoured cable of different size from excavating trenches and keep aside for further disposal.

Taking out old existing unservicable PCC Pole including bracing, PCC and removal from the site and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix Street light fitting LED type 35/36 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast alumium hosing and heat resistent complate with driver, lamp holder, lamp bracketwith impact and corrosion resistent including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65 protection, Efficacy: 110 LM/W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Street light fitting LED type 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast alumium hosing and heat resistent complate with driver, lamp holder, lamp bracketwith impact and corrosion resistent including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection, Efficacy: 110 LM/W complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and fix Street light fitting LED type 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast alumium hosing and heat resistent complate with driver, lamp holder, lamp bracketwith impact and corrosion resistent including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, Efficacy: 110 LM/W complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix flood light LED type 120 watt outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and optics and equipeped with IP66 protection with impact and corrosion resistence complete with driver and lamp complete with all accessories.

Supply and fix flood light LED type 100 watt outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and optics and equipeped with IP66 protection with impact and corrosion resistence complete with driver and lamp complete with all accessories.

Supply and fix flood light LED type 70 watt outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and optics and equipeped with IP66 protection with impact and corrosion resistence complete with driver and lamp complete with all accessories.

Supply, laying in replacement of unserviciable underground LT cable 1100 Volts grade heavy duty electric cable PVC insulated & PVC outer sheathing with aluminium conductor, Armoured conforming to IS-7098 Part-I (1988) with latest ammendments of size 10 Sqmm x 2 core.

Ditto all as per Item No. 10 here-in-before but 16 Sqmm x 2 core.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE PVC insulated,screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable ( heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core.

Supply & Errecting truelly vertical position steel tubular swaged poles complete with CI base plate, finial taper plug bolts, nuts & screws 9.0 mtr long type 410 SP-31 including painting of poles with 2 coats of approved aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, making five strips of black and white paint from PCC of size 30cm thick, numbering of pole with black or white colour by means of stencils all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Supply & fix IP 65 4-Way Pole Mounted Junction Boxes DIE CAST ALUMINIUM WP IP 65 with suitable connector for three phase loop in loop out branch out and vibration proof connection and fixing on PCC or MS Electric poles using MS clamp 02 Nos made out of 25mm x 3mm MS strip and nuts & bolts of required size all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & fixing GI pipe bracket 1.2 mtr long, made out of GI pipe light grade 40mm dia bent to required shape, drill, welded of fixing of street light fitting including MS clamps of flat iron (40mmx4mm), nuts, bolts, washers including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Item No. 15 here-in-before but GI pipe 50mm dia bore.

PVC insulated electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 4 sqmm 2 core for making connection of light fittings from pole box to street light fitting and complete all as specified.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation etc for pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in coping etc for pole and complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI pipe of size 40 mm light grade for floor, road cutting and protection of cable

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less that 1.5M below normal grouond level connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 03 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point / DB including excavation / earth work in any type of strata, removal of surplus earth, GI pipe for watering pipe with and funnel, PCC 1:3:6 Type C-1 chamber with 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in cover slab with TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both way with GI protection pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay assembly and laying of LT/HT cable as in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading,leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard/dense soil.

Removal of surplus excavated material hard/dense soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and spreading dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of cable 8 cm layer before laying the cable and 15cm thick layer after laying the cable. Note-Sand layer shall be paid for 18 cm only after well pressed.

Supplying and laying dry bricks in trenches over under ground electric cable for mechanical protection with width equal to length of bricks with well burnt sub class ‘B’ old size bricks laid flat complete.
