Special Eligibility Criteria

   1) The tenderer should be provide satisfactory evidence, acceptable to the purchaser to show that he is regular manufacturer and has adequate plate and manufacturing capacity and has a "Quality Assurance Program". Information be furnished. The manufacturer should have valid ISO 9001 certificate or latest on the original date of closing of tender and a copy of same should be submitted along with the Test Rig Machine. The machine should be in scope of ISO certificate.

   2) The bidder/Manufacturer must have supplied at least 10 nos of Test Rig Machine's in the last 05 years(to be reckoned from the original date of closing of tender)

If such certificate given by a bidder whose bid is accepted is found to be false, this would be a ground for immediate termination and further legal action in accordance with law."
