Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc, including cutting of trees, shrubs or any type of vegetation upto and including roots upto 6.00 mtrs hight form ground complete all as specified and directed. Note: Taking down wall tiles including plaster & backing cement mortar up brick surface without any extra charge to Govt.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area n-exc 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing demolished material to a distance and depositing to the distance exceeding 50 metres but not exceeding 100 metres where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition reinforced cement concrete of any depth in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing for 15mm dia pipe and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store.all as spd and directed by Engg-in-Charge

Taking up or down steel tubing for 20mm dia pipe and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store.all as spd and directed by Engg-in-Charge

Dismantling 1000 ltr water tanks and removing to store complete all as specified.
