M&L for APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, 3mm thick reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 150 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree Celsius, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sq cm, tearing strength of 100Nm, by torch application including minimum 10cm side lap and 15 cm end laps over a coat of bitumen primer @0.20 Kg per Sqm and applying a coat of blown grade bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @1.20 Kg/Sqm and finishing with two coat of solar reflective aluminium paint applied @0.10 Kg per Sqm over bituminous coat complete over 10 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 finished even and smooth with WPC, including removing existing damaged APP roof treatment and cleaning the cement concrete roof surface free from dirt, dust etc all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound as specified and directed.

M & L applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 90/15 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sq.m including cleaning of old concrete surface and applying two coat of aluminium paint on old APP Membrane in prepartion of any description, over 10cm width or girth including taking down and refixing old APP membrane wherever uplifted from position by torch application inc a coat of primer @0.2kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated , semicorrugated,etc.) sheets in roof covering.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.45mm to 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete ( unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cm 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without extra cement all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded aggregate Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, and the like as in floor complete all as specified and directed .

S & F of spouts of 40mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings projecting at least by 150mm clear of face of the outer wall all as directed.

Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick for laying floor finishes using cement mortar (1:6) in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid coloured tiles area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floor jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match including dismantling of floor tiles and cement mortor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid Integral waterproofing compound as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work masonry built in cement mortar all as directed

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cm 1:4 all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) during the roof repairs etc. and hoisting,reconnecting/ re-fixing in position after the roof is repaired complete all as specified and directed.

S & f of PVC (SWR) pipes of 63mm bore dia in any length with rubber rings fixed complete to walls or in floors etc., all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and Refixing of any type of pipes of any dia in position all as specified and directed.

M& L for 20 to 40mm graded cinder aggregates for sunken floor slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for core cutting to existing concrete/brickwall for providing 63mm dia PVC pipe for drainage to existing sewerlines inc all fittings all as specified and directed.

Making joints to connect 63mm PVC(SWR) pipe to existing sewer pipe/waste pipe including all fittings all as specified and directed.
