Checking & attending to water leakage from taps, flushing cisterns, wash hand basins and other sanitary fittings/fixtures and any obstruction to water supply, requiring plumber work and carryout minor repairs such as replacement of washers, chuck nuts, tightening of fittings of flushing cistern etc including petty materials like washers of all sizes, thread (shoot), M-seal, screws, nails and white cement to make water supply/plumbing lines functional and leak proof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note :- Cost of material like screwes, washers, chuck nuts and plumbing materials such as M seal, white cement etc are included in the Quaoted rate.
