Supply of over current/Earth foult relay SEIMENS/ABB & GE make suitable for 33 KV Awas vikash, Old G.T., Balrampur, 10 MVA & 8 MVA feeder relay pannels instaled at 132 KV substation Jhunsi Prayagraj with following features (1) having at least 6BI,7BO with 1 alarm output (2) Aux supply 110VDC (3) Having Aux current 1A and Voltege 110 VDC (4) Having inst E/F & O/C and also time delayed O/C & E/F features (5) Comunnication interface RS-485 (6) Having event/fault recorder. The job also incudes rectrofitting of new relay by cutting the MS sheet of relay's size and mounting it with proper drilling and tightening with nut bolt and painting the used MS sheet with same colour as panel. Dismentling old defective relay, rewiring in relay panel with proper dressing ferruling and terminatios in C&R panel and also provide software of realy in CD along with testing and commissioning and other associated works which are required for the successful completion job.

Supply & fixing of fan control contactors of rating 440 V, 16A, having 08 No. contact, for auto function of cooling fans, L&T, Siemens, ABB make as per sample.

Supply & fixing of overload relay (Type 3US5000) OF RATING (0.5-2A) for cooling fan of transformers of L&T, Siemens, ABB make as per sample.

Dismentling of Exiting 33 KV Bus bar moose conductor alongwith tension fitting and disc insulator including dismantalling of associated jumpers, shifting and proper stacking of dismentling material in the sotre of 132 KV sub station Jhunsi, Prayagraj.

Stringing of R, Y & B Phase 33 KV main bus with twin moose conductor of differeent length having span 18 Mtr. & 6Mtr. The work includes hoisting of disc insulator, cutting & bending of conductor, fixing of double type tension fitting and shifting of matrial from store to erection site including all jumpering work and all other associated work to complete the work satisfactorily work complite the job satisfectory.

Erection of main structure (1 No. CGM Beam) at 132 KV substation Jhusi. The job consist shifting of all material i.e. structure part, nut bolt, washer etc from store to sidte. Erection of structure as per relevent drawing and using flat/spring washer with each bolt matching holes, cutting notching of members if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost of complete the work satisfactorily. All material to be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor on his own cost.

Supply of bolted type double tension fitting along with yoke plate, turn buckle, U bolt etc complete in all respect for twin moose conductor as per sample.

Supply of 33 KV isolator clamp made of LM-6 aluminium alloy complite for twin moose conductor suitable for RAMA make isolator as per sample.
