Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc., with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, leveling, sectioning breaking clods etc., including all incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification . for Foundations SS 20B

Supply delivery and filling of River M-Sand in layer of not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyence of M-Sand to Site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc,. complete as per Standard Specification

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One cement Four M-Sand Eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Vibrated RCC 1:1½:3 (One cement one point five M-Sand and three aggregates) mix using 20mm gauge hard granite broken stone jelly in all RCC works connected to the work excluding shuttering , Centering and cost of Reinforcement grills but including curing ,finishing etc complete with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Supplying and Fabrication of Steel and placing in position MS / Ribbed tor steel Grills for RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and GI binding wire in Floors etc,. Complete complying with standard specification in force and as directed by department officials.-

Brick work in Cement Mortar in 1:5 ( One cement and Five M-Sand ) using best quality of Country bricks of size 8¾x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ including all cost of materials and labour charges including Curing charges etc., complete as per Standard Specificationand as directed by department officials.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5(One cement five M-Sand) 12mm thick in all floors and all exposed surfaces including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges,Curing etc complete as per standard specification.

Special Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement three M-Sand) 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to site and including all labour charges etc complete and as directed by department officiers etc complete as per standard specification.

Providing granolithic floor finish of 25mm thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed sand (M-Sand) and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Plastic Emultion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers (S.l.No.359-A)

Supply and run of 6 of 4 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V Grade in rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour SD 53

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC.unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable Colourfor open PVC light point / fan point (For electronic regulator) (5 points per coil) SD 22

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Supply and fixing of 32 Amps DPIC Switch of 500 V with metal clad with fuse and neutral (Side Handle) on suitable TW Board , with earth connection only SD 143

Earthing as per P.W.D standard with an earth electrode of 2 Mtr. Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit. Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (One part of cement, two part of fine aggregate and four part of course aggregate) mix using 20mm HBG ISS metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers
