Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet glass, ordinary quality, 4 mm thick, in squares not exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane and glazing with oil putty/wooden bedding complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L 0.50mm thick CGI sheets fixed to wall/foofs with two corrogations side lap, fixed with L- type or J type or cranked hook bolts and washers with grade of zinc coating 275, all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L 0.50 mm thick plain galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashings fixed with L- type or J type or cranked hook bolts and washers with grade of zinc coating 275, complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood timber scantlings clean swan as in frame work and fixed with nails complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Writing letters or figures (BLOCK) not exc.20 cm on walls on top of building (n. exc 5 word) after painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed (For numbering of buildings).

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of GI tubing in trenches and getting out all in hard and dense soil complete all as specified directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified directed.

M&L for replacement of old unsv air release valve with double air outlet on existing DI/GI pipe of bore 80 mm complete with drilling, threading, welding and fixing of GI pipe medium grade 25 mm bore all as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of old unsv air release valve with single air outlet in existing DI/GI pipe of bore 100 mm complete with drilling, threading, welding and fixing of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm bore all as per site requirement and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of unserviceable valve pit of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of stone masonary valve pit chamber of size 90cm x 90cm x 160 cm (internal dimension) including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre as directed including PCC in foundation of the mixture (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), stone masonry in cement mortor 1:4, rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 internally finished even and fair and pointing flush externaly as the work proceeds in the same mortar as of stone masonary including MS frame (made out of angle in 40x40x6mm) and MS steel cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement with hinges angle iron flat complete all as specified and directed.

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size 16 to 40 mm bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size 50 to 75 mm bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing of centrifugal pump electric driven AC 3 Phase 415 volt 10 to 25 WHP capacity by replacing of unserviceable terminal blocks and 2 Nos bass bearing, bushes and bolts and nuts and re-assembling same including varnishing with super enamelled varnish to motor winding at site including testing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement gunmetal foot valve 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement gunmetal foot valve 40mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Lorry filling point of size 0.6m x 0.6m x 5m using precast cement concrete solid block masonary type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate), exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortal 1:4 over 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 (nomival mix) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete, 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on block work, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement including earthwork,1/6 of complete height is using as foundation of Lorry filling point all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge including dismantling existing Lorry point

M&L for Emptying the tanks, removing complete scalling Cleaning internal wall and bottom throughly by using washing soda and cleaning with clean water to remove the remains of soda/bleaching powder and apply one coat of cement paint suitable for drinking water applied to entire internal surface of Semi Under ground tank of capacity upto 25000 Glns complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc capacity upto 1000 ltrs.

S&F in replacement star delta stater 3 phase 415 V suitable for 5 to 7.5 HP submersible pump set and making all necessary connection, complete all as specified and dierected by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling/ Disconnecting/ Taking out Submersible pump 7.5 HP 3 phase 415 V from the site S&F (Lowering) the same complete all as specified and dierected by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement star delta stater Single phase 220 V suitable for 5 HP pump set and making all necessary connection, complete all as specified and dierected by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of centrifugal pump electric driven AC 3 Phase 415 volt 30 HP capacity by replacing of unserviceable terminal blocks and 2 Nos bass bearing, bushes and bolts and nuts and re-assembling same incl varnishing with super enamelled varnish to motor winding at site including testing complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling/ Disconnecting Monoblock cetrifugal pump 2 HP electric driven AC 3 Phase 415 volt from the site and S&F the same complete all as specified and dierected by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement star delta stater 3 phase 415 V suitable for 40 HP monoblock/centrifugal pump set and making all necessary connection, complete all as specified and dierected by Engr-in-charge.

Collecting and testing of water sample, bottle from Pump houses of 3 Inf Div pump house no 01 , 02 and 03, 05 Ladakh scout SM Barrack, Military farm pump house & TCP Water point from govt authorised laboratory for testing of various parameters as per IS 10500 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, Note :- Test result will be submitted to AGE E/M office.
