Supplying painting material of M/s Berger or M/s Asian Paints or M/s Kansai Nerolac including transportation, unloading and proper stacking at Civil-Maint. Store Township in the lots as per progress of the work with submitting proper documents in support of quality. (Test certificates of materials to be submitted along with supply of materials.)

Synthetic Enamel Paint of make Asian paint apcolite premium gloss enamel / berger luxol high gloss enamel in shades as per requirement at site.

Lustre Finish of make M/s Berger or M/sAsian Paints or M/s Kansai Nerolac

Interior Plastic Emulsion Paint of make Asian paint Apcolite Premium / Berger Rangoli Total Care, in shades of Ivory / white/ Pista or any other shade based on site requirement.

Luxury Emulsion (Royale Luxury Emulsion of make Asian or Silk Luxury Interior Emulsion of make Berger)

Acrylic Distemper of make Tractor Uno of Asian brand / Nerolac Beauty acrylic distemper / Bison acrylic distemper of Berger in shades Ivory / White or any other shade based on site requirement.

Wooden Primer of make M/s Berger or M/s Asian Paints or M/s Kansai Nerolac

Indigo Floor Paints

Taking delivery, transportation of paint to site, applying two or more coats of Acrylic Distemper/ Plastic emulsion/Luxury Emulsion / Lustre paint (as supplied under item No. 1) on all including removal of exisiting paint by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the smooth surface by filling crevices with white cement based Birla/JK Putty to give uniform and smooth surface to all area to be painted in new/old surface and removal of nails & royal plug(Gitti) from walls, cleaning of floor after painting, etc complete. All work shall be carried out as per Technical Specification. (Note:1.The quoted rate shall include the activities as mentioned against Sl no-2.01, 2.02 & 2.03 of item description. 2.No payment will be given unless contractor give smooth and even finish to surface which is to be painted.

Applying Two coats or more as per site requirement of Acrylic Distemper/ Plastic emulsion/Luxury Emulsion / Lustre paint(as supplied under item No. 01) including removal of exisiting paint by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the smooth surface by filling crevices with white cement based Birla/JK Putty to give uniform and smooth surface to all area to be painted in new/old surface including scaffolding, cleaning of floor, doors, windows and ventilators after painting etc complete. All work shall be carried out as per Technical Specification. Note : No additional payment will be made for scaffolding up to 6 mtr. Height.

Extra over item No.2.01 Above 6 Mtrs. and upto 12 Mtrs for height staging provided by contractor for painting area.

Extra over item No.2.02 Above 12 Mtrs. and upto 21 Mtrs for height staging provided by contractor for painting area.

Taking delivery, transportation of paint to site, Applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (as supplied under item No. 01) to wooden / Steel doors, windows, cub boards, rolling shutters, railing, etc. including preparation surface with sand papering, filling the holes and indentation on the surface with glazier’s putty/wood putty/Chalk putty to give uniform and smooth surface to all area to be painted in new/old surface and removal of nails, royal plug(Gitti) etc. including scaffolding from wall, cleaning of floor, doors, windows and ventilators after painting etc complete. All work shall be carried out as per Technical Specification. (Note: No payment will be given unless contractor give smooth and even finish to area which is to be painted.)

Taking delivery, transportation of primer to site, Applying one coat of interior cement primer as supplied under item No. 1.08 to all the new / existing surface including preparation of surface, removing of stains by rubbing the surface, filling crevices with white cement based Birla/JK Putty to give uniform and smooth surface as per requirement, removal of nails from wall, sand papering and including scaffolding provided by contractor.

Taking delivery, transportation of paint to site, Applying one coat of indigo paint as self primer with 20 To 30 % of water in Indigo paint and there after 2 coats after 4 To 6 hours interval of Indigo floor Paint as supplied under item No. 1.09 including preparing of floor surface, removing of stains by rubbing the floor surface, etc complete.

Supplying and applying two coat of Sandtex Matt of M/s Snowcem Paints or Armor Quartz of M/s Jenson & Nicholson or Asian Apex Matt Paint over floors and all type of wall sufaces including preparation surface with sand papering, filling Birla/JK Putty etc. complete as per specification and direction of engineer.

Supplying and applying melamine polish of make Berger/ Asian/ Dulex, in minimum two coats till look like new doors, cupboards, partitions, furniture and of all wood member including preparation of surface by scraping the old polish, filling crevices by glazier’s putty/wood putty/Chalk putty including all consumables & tools required to carryout work, etc. as per technical specifications or as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Supplying and applying two coat of Exterior plastic emulsion paint (Water thinable) brand of M/s Asian Paints make Ace Exterior Emulsion, M/s Berger Paint make Walmasta, M/s Nerolac Suraksha plus make, over existing painted/new all type of surface to give an even shade including cleaning & preparing the surface by making good the damaged and rough surface smooth, minor repairs, sealing of cracks with cement slurry/cement mortar, cleaning of Doors, Windows, Ventilators, Washing the surroundings after completion of work including cost of all materials, labours, scaffolding etc. complete as per Manufacturer's specifications and as approved by the Engineer. Note: Correction factor for different type of finish will not be paid.
