Maintenance and operation of HT 11 KV Main receiving Station at AFA for 3 shifts each shift of 08 Hrs duration by recording the meter readings as per format as directed by Engineer-in-charge, operation of HT VCBs / RMU, GOS units, 250 KVA Transformer, LT panels, capacitor banks, street lights including carrying out necessary cleaning, minor repair etc, Substations to be operated round the clock including Sundays and holidays COMPLETE as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Minimum 01 Electrician shall be employed in each shift for the above maintenance and operation work. Suitable reliever to be employed during weekly offs / Sundays / Leave / Holidays SHIFT TIMINGS:- First shift 06.00 to 14.00 hrs, Second Shift 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs and Third shift 22.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs

Maintenance and operation of MAFI (PS - 1) Sub Station (Inside Runway Technical area) Sub Station and arrester barrier at 10 L and 10 R at AFA for 2 shifts each shift of 08 Hrs duration by recording the meter readings as per format as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, operation of Transformer 630 KVA - 1 No, Transformer 100 KVA - 02 Nos, Isolation Transformer - 630 KVA,11 KV Ring Main Unit - 01 No (One Incoming two Outgoing) VCBs - 6 Nos and connected HT / LT panel boards etc including carrying out necessary cleaning, Minor repairs to LT panels and connected items such as internal and external fittings and fixtures, MCBs etc., attending the electric LT faults and rectify the circuits faults etc., Substations to be operated including Sundays and holidays complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Minimum 01 Electrician shall be employed in each shift for the above maintenance and operation work. Suitable reliever to be employed during weekly offs / Sundays / Leave / Holidays SHIFT TIMINGS:- First shift 06.00 to 14.00 hrs, Second Shift 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs (Shift timings may be altered as per ground requirement as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.)

Maintenance and Operation of New Substation for Hangar No-1 to Hangar No- 6 for three shifts of 8 hrs duration by recording the meter readings as per fromat as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, Operation of HT VCBs, 630 KVA Transformer, APFC Panel, LT Panels ,receiving /attending break down complaints etc, minor repairs to LT panels and connected items such as internal and external fittings and fixtures of buildings etc., attending the electrical faults and rectify the faults etc under that sub station, Sub stations to be operated round the clock including Sundays and holidays as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- i) Minimum 01 Electrician shall be employed in each shift for the above maintenance and operation work. Suitable reliever to be employed during weekly offs / Sundays / Leave / Holidays SHIFT TIMINGS:- First shift 06.00 to 14.00 hrs, Second Shift 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs and Third shift 22.00 hrs to 06.00 hrs

Note for Ser Item No 1 to 5:-

(i) The quoted rate is deemed to be excluding the cost of other repairs / overhauling work.

(ii) Necessary printed log sheet to be provided to each installation (as per prescribed proforma) shall be provided by the contractor for which the rate shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(iii) Lift ,controle room, DG Set area shall be cleaned and maintained well as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(iv) The contractor shall provide minimum two pairs of uniform each employee duly printed with the companys name in the shirts and one pair of industrial shoe to his employees. The samples of uniform shall be got approved by the Garrison Engineer before procurement.

(v) Necessary hand tools and Safety Equipment to be provided to each installation as listed bellow, to be provided to the operator, in each installation, which shall be handed over to next operator after completion of every shift :- (a) Side cutting plier 8" - 01 No. (b) Adjustable spanner 8" - 01 No. (c) Ball pein Hammer 500gms - 01 No. (d) Screw Driver 10" - 01 No. (e) Line Tester (230V) - 01 No. (f) Screw Driver Set ( 5 Nos) - 01 Set. (g) Test Lamp - 01 No.(h) Tool bag of suitable size - 01 No. (j) Rechargeable LED Torch Light - 01 No. (k) Fibre Helmet - 01 No. (l) First Aid Box - 01 Set. (m) Electric Shock Treatment chart (as per sample) 01 No. (n) Rubber Hand Glove (11KV) - 01 Pair. The Cost of above said necessary hand tools and safety equipment to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

(vi) Mobile phone to be provided to each installation for emergency communication to concerned JE / AGE. The same shall be handed over to next operator after completion of each shift. Cost of mobile phone and Sim card to be borne by the contractor and necessary amount shall be included in the unit rate quoted by him. (No smart phone/ camera phone is allowed inside the AFA Campus for security point of view. Only simple basic phone shall have to be provided). Cost of regular recharge shall have to be borne by the contractor. The amount of recharge shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.
