Erection of Double pole structure on 11 mtr ST Pole including all works of evocation of pit, pole erection, making plinth for poles 30 cm above, grouting in the ratio 1:4:8 (cement, sand, 40 mm brick ballast), back filling of earth, proper ramming & fitting of all accessories (Top channel 125 x 65 x 3200 mm with clamps, Dropper, Number Plate, Danger board with clamp, Aluminium paint, red oxide paint, Barbed wire, Earthing, Painting etc. complete) .

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 mm² ‘XLPE’ cable(D/C) by digging pit & making trench in Proper size (1.0 M depth x1.0 M wide) below ground level by fixing bricks(4½˝) on both side of trench wall and 9˝ brick work at the centre of the trench along the cable. Fixing brick slab on top after filling sand around both the cable including cost of bricks and sand. as per site requirement HDD mathod can be used.

Hoisting of 6” dia G. I Pipe, inserting 33 KV cable through pipe and Looping Rising Jumpering. complete work.

Special Pipe earthing for 33 KV Cable and C/J kit safety (Complete material with work provided by contractor).

Special Pipe earthing for 33 KV PPMC & CT/PT Unit (Complete material with work provided by contractor).

There will be possible of breaking of various type of water supply pipe while laying of U/G cable, for which the repair will be charged. (Include complete materials and work)

Road restoration charges provided by contractor

Digging of Existing 33 KV/11 KV Damaged Cable and Relaying of Cable After Jointing the Straight through Complete Work (If any Cable Damaged)

Grouting of stay rods (20 x 1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing.

Survey of Old Existing U/G Cable Location Before Laying of New Cable.
