REPAIR/MAINT TO SLUICE VALVE , NRV, CLEANING OF UG SUMP AND OH TANK, CENTRIFUGAL PUMP REPLACEMENT, EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY PIPE LINE AND ACCESSORIES UNDER GE(AF) TA GWALIOR

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (top edge of the plate should not be less than 1.50Mtrs below ground level) connected to GI strip 25×4mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel connected to earthing test point all as specified incl 20 mm GI tubing medium grade and necessary fitting for protection of GI strip incl laying of charcoal dust and common salt in alternate layers of 150mm th, PCC chamber using PCC(1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 6mm dia round bar @ 75mm C/C both ways with MS handle 8mm dia, plastering 15mm thick CM (1:6) externally up to 150mm below ground level, GI funnel with 20mm dia medium grade GI pipe for watering and wire mesh incl excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil complete all as specified and shown on Electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I (2009) and connected to earth test point incl testing and marking Bldg Nos and writing Test Results (in white) on a black painted M.S. Plate (size 300x300x3mm th) duly welded with angle iron of size 40X40x5mm, 60cm long, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) GI strip and GI pipe medium grade, up to 7.5mtr shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted for earthing. (ii) Excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted for earthing. (iii) The rates quoted by the contractor are deemed to be included for PCC chamber and PCC cover as per SSR part-1.

M&L in repair water level indicator gage of over head tank,replacement of copper float of size 200mm dia with 2mm thik flexible steel wire rope and replacement of level Scale painting of numbering, and replacement of gauge move pully complete accessory all as directed.

Supply fixing testing and commisioning of Automatic Star delta starter suitable for 15 HP, 3 Phase, 415 Volts motor including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repair contactor 3 pole,32 Amps 415 Volts suitable for 12.5 HP Auto Star Delta Starter ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repair Overload Relay of range 16 to 22 amps suitable for 3 Phase 15 HP Auto Star Delta Starter ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repair Single phase preventor complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F in repair timer switch for 3 Phase 15 HP Auto Star Delta Starter ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out /lifiting out existing non-functional 2/3 HP capacity submersible/Mono-block centrifugal/Chiloronem plant motor, set of any description and in any position, dismantling and strip opening of pumps for servicing /overhauling, cleaning, oiling / greasing, fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective / unserviceable parts with new parts and re-assembling the pump, fixing/lowering, in position, connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (i) The replacement of defective / non-functional parts shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only” under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ and fixing rate for new items are deemed to include under these item. (ii) The rates for above items are deemed to include for transportation of pumps/ motors to and from workshop as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs, alignment and testing of pump and motors at workshop replacement of necessary unserviceable screws/nuts /bots/washers/ packing etc. (iii) Burnt out windings of motor shall be replaced, measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A’ for re- winding. (iv) Turning/ polishing of the rotor shaft shall be measured and paid seperately

All as per item no. 8 above but, for capacity 0.25/1.5 HP, single phase, of any make & any discription complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out and removing old burnt out windings of the 2/3 HP, three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply Induction motor of mono block booster pump/single phase submersible pumpsets and rewinding of motor with existing size PVC insulated copper conductor as approved by the Engineer-in-charge including cleaning the slots with carbon- tetra-chloride solution before rewinding ,transportation to site, fixing in position & testing on full load complete all as specified and directed.
