General cleaning and maintenance work of Amar Jawan Jyoti Monument at Janpath, Zone 03, JDA, Jaipur (For Two Years 2026-27, 27-28)

General cleaning and maintenance of Amar Jawan Jyoti Monument constructed by JDA at Janpath, Jaipur. It includes following Items :- General cleaning of flooring, sundial, VIP strand, Namepalets, flame posts, chhatri, pathway, mica floor, platforms etc. The cleaning includes brooming of all elements daily and washing once in a week. Operation and maintenance of water supply system by regulation of source, Maintenance of supply line and other related fittings such as hydrants, taps,valves etc. Operation and maintenance of fountains ,pumps, fountain lights, electric, panel box, motor ,fountain fittings, and other relevant fittings. Cleaning and maintenance of water body, water tank and around of water body and fountains shower etc. both civil and electrical fittings related to fountains cleaning of water tank quartely. Maintenance of greenery area, landscape, plants, trees, hedges gamlas of trees by watering, cutting shaping etc. complete plantation maintenance of seasonal plants.Providing and sperading of organic manure, chemical fertilizers, insecticides, pesticides etc. once in three days. Cleaning and maintainance of Niches ,varandah ,planters ,gallery and cobbled road and stepped seating (infront of Amar Jawan jyoti ) at Amar JawanJ yoti site. cleaning includes brooming of all elements daily and washing of varandah floor once in a week, washing of cobble road once in a month, washing of stepped seating as and when required. Complete work as per satisfactions of Engineer -in- charge Note :- The clearing staff must be available at site 8 hours a day .

Cleaning of all (20 no‘s) exibit glass from both sides including cleaning of artifacts ,floor & wall inside the exibits (complete item including labour ,material etc) complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer in charge .

EXTERIOR FINISHING Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade to give an even shade including all scaffolding: Old work (One or more coats).

PAINTING Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work.

Lining work on Yellow & Pink Exterior Paint/ Colour wash including making Gola, Gardana, Kangoora and Orgnamental lining work as per approved style and pattern complete in all respect with Exterior (White/Brown) paint as required complete in all respect as per direction givin by Engineer in charge.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. Mtrs and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 m lead With cement mortar 1 :4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing & Fixing Black Cadappa Cobble (4" X 4" x 3") Stone flooring work dressed stone (4" X 4") 3" thick in honed finished with pattern as per approved design over 25-50mm thick base in CM 1:6 including pointing with cement sand mortar 1:2 (1 cement :2 sand) match the shade of stone with joint. The cost includes all charges like material, labour, fixing, scaffolding arrangement, wastage and adhesive etc complete in all respect as per direction of Enginner in charge

Painting & Artistic work of various color (Chitrakari) with drawing flower & leaves, bail, butta exterior paint including of all material etc. as per direction of engineer incharge

Cleaning and washing stone surface by grinding and cutting process Including all material and scaffolding etc. as per direction of engineer in charge

Filling vertical and horizontal joint between stone by joint filling sealant.
