Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work in all heights and depths in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work and blasting work, both in soft and hard rock, with chiselling and weding out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, de-watering where required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in charge at site according to the HPPWD specifications of 1990 volume-I and sorting out useful and unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts and levelling of surplus excavated earth on approved dumping sites (to be arranged by the contractor including payment of prescribed dumping charges of Municipal Committee /local body if levied any) through all mode of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means alonwith its levelling, fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanised means and labour (if any required).All usefull materials such as stones, shingles, aggregates and slates shall be sorted alog road side to the maximum possiable extent ia all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used/ removed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ant lose to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unservicable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Steel work welded in built up Sections and framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a coat of red lead paint in gratting framed guard bars ladder, railling, brackets and similar work including all lead and lifta as per HPPWD Specification of 1990 Volume-I as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge.

Providing and fixing 19mm thick commercial board shutters for cup boards including fixing with nickel plated piano hinges with screws etc complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1.00 mm thick coloured or plain lamination sheet / Sunmica of green ply or equivalent make of approved shade and sample on boards/ ply wood surfaces pasted with approved adhesive and nails etc complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 9mm thick commercial board in shelves/ box for cup board with butt joints and fixing with nails and screws etc complete including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frams wrought framed and fixed in position 2nd class deodar wood including all leads and lifts as per HPPWD specification of 1990 volume-I as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

25 mm thick wooden flooring laid over R.C.C/C.C. slab (to be paid separately) ( thinly coated with thin layer of hot bitumen blown type) @ 2.45 kg per sq m including fixing of wooden planks in position over wooden plugs fixed in c.c./R.c.c. floor including planning and levelling complete Deodar wood 1st class

P/F Water storage tank 1000 ltr including all lead and lift. As per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Half brick masonary in common burnt clay Second class building bricks in superstructure in all floor levels in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) Above plinth level upto all floor Height including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
