Annual overhauling works of NDCTs at BTPS

The tenderer should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor, similar nature of work such as Maintenance/Annual Overhauling (AOH) works of Natural Draft Cooling Towers (NDCTs) in any Thermal Power Plant, to an extent of value not less than Rs.8.42 Lakhs (Excluding GST) in any one year in the last five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). The work done certificate issued from state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre shall be furnished. (Weightage of 10% per year will be given to the cost of completed works of previous years to bring them to the price level of present financial year i.e., 2026-27).

Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx2.5-B) should be greater than the amount put to tender, where, A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited (3 months i.e., 0.25 year). B-Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 03 months. Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent or with self-declaration duly signed by the bidder. The signed copy of available tender capacity calculation sheet shall be uploaded.

The tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.21.06 Lakhs (Excluding GST) in the last five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). Turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered accountant shall be furnished. (Weightage of 10% per year will be given to the financial turnover of previous years to bring them to the price level of present financial year i.e., 2026-27).

Any reputed individual/company registered as KPWD Class-IV and above contractor is eligible to apply and certificate issued in this regard shall be uploaded.

Scanned Copy of PAN Card shall be uploaded.

Scanned Copy of PF registration certificate shall be uploaded.

Scanned Copy of GST registration certificate shall be uploaded.

The declarations as mentioned in the tender document shall be uploaded.

The duly filled signed copy of qualifying information (Section-3) shall be uploaded.
