Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Removing mortar from stones and cleaning stones and concrete articles (net quantity of stacks of cleaned materials will be measured). In cement mortar.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (Exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5mtr in width as well as 10sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.50 m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed: All Kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). Nallah Stones.

Dry random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth: Using nallah stone without bond stone.

Carriage of cement and steel from an average lead up to 141Km by Mechaical Transport.
