Cutting of damaged Sill Plate size 180x10x15000mm
Chipping / Breaking of old concrete for making correct grade and required depth using suitable equipment such as pneumatic chipping hammer including removal of unsound concrete from the surface as per technical specification for laying of HPC & disposing the excavated material from the site of work as approved by Engineer-In-Charge with all lead and lifts including all staging and all scaffolding complete finished items
Weld filling of damaged Sill Beam / fitting of new angle of 75x75x8 mm or I Beam 150x150x8 mm in place of damaged I beam. Repair & Welding of Sill beam collar including MS material.
Grinding of Sill Beam surface, making of plane horizontal smooth surface & finishing of sill beam surface for laying & welding of SS sill plate to the required level and accuracy
Providing and laying of new Sill Plate of required size 180x10mm duly finished and as per desired accuracy & garde AISI - 304 including welding of joints U/S & D/S sides to the sill beam welding and matching of new SS plate with old SS plates at both left and right side
Weld filling of pits/eroded surface sill plate grinding and finishing of sill plate including levelling and smoothing, matching of radial gate bottom seal
Providing and laying of high performance concrete-HPC M65 as per technical specification propoer compacting curing including cement slurry and all material carriage staging, scaffolding & labour etc. with all lead and lifts complete finished items
Providing adhesive bonding between old & new concrete
Providing and laying fix master floor fill 6 mm thick over concrete surface (including diversion of leakage water drying and preparation of surface complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge)
Providing and laying fix master deep pour grout or the sill beam metal to concrete bonding (including diversion of leakage water drying and preparation of surface complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge) Width 10 mm x Depth 10 mm
Wet testing & commissioning of finished job by means of filling water
