M&L for shifting of transformer of any capacity from any location within the station to location of defective transformer and connecting with HT 11 KV incomer from existing source and LT outgoing cables complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting and dismantling including handling and transportation of defective transformer, any type, 63 KVA to 125 KVA, 11 KV/433 V, copper/ Aluminium wound, opening the transformer, safe draining of tranformer oil for reuse, removing all burnt particles i.e tape, paper insulating strings etc gently and carefully, washing of the dust, rust and dirt from all parts including HT/LT coil, core tank and cooling tubes, painting the inner side of tank by zinc chromate paint and preparing the same for re-assembling after carrying out required repairs, re-assembling and re-installation, including connecting up electrically, commissioning at site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. Repair cost is deemed to be included in the quoted rate; and Unsv items required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. 2. M&L for calibration and setting of protection relays of any make or type fitted on 33 KV breakers, transformer Buchholz relay control panel at MRS (details given below) as per IS and code of practice to ensure NO ERROR including setting for each fault over current with trip time delay in accordance to feeder load and other parameters of site including synchronizing of the same with JVVNL/MRS , arrangement shall be made so that fault shall not travel to nearest source feeder including minor repair, replacement of wiring etc, if required complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Calibration should be done twice during the currency of contract as and when directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for calibration and setting of protection relays of any make fitted on 11 KV VCBs (Out going / Incoming 11 KV- 17 Nos) as per IS and code of practice to ensure NO ERROR including setting for each fault over current with trip time delay in accordance to feeder load and other parameters of site including grading with incomer panels at MRS ,synchronizing of the same with MRS setting to ensure that fault shall not travel to nearest source feeder including minor repairs, replacement of wiring etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Calibration should be done twice during the currency of contract as and when directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for calibration and testing of protection relay of any make or type fitted on 11 KV 3 Way RMU as per IS and code of practice to ensure NO ERROR including setting for each fault over current with trip time delay in accordance to feeder load and other parameters of site including grading with incomer panels at MRS. Servicing complete with decarbonizing the contact points, cleaning with CRC solution etc. All indicating lamp of the panel to be replaced if necessary. Breaker control switch, digital Amp meter, Volt meter should be replaced if in case found defective, testing of same after repair complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Servicing will be done twice twice during the currency of contract as and when directed by Engr-in-Charge. This will be considered as one job.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO 36 to 39 ABOVE (i) The calibration and setting must be completed with in 3 weeks from the date of commencement to avoid major break down. (ii) The calibration and setting shall be carried out by only qualified and experienced engineer. (iii) The relay setting shall be carried out once in three month as per load and site conditions to avoid any fault travel to next adjacent source breaker and shall be monitored regularly. (iv) For payment purpose the payment for calibration of relay and setting of relay twice in 06 months is considered as one job. The cost of monitoring shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) Calibration Certificate by authorised person should be submitted after calibraction/setting of the VCBs. The record of calibration/setting of relays shall be submitted by the Contractor.

Disconnecting of HT supply from 33 KV VCB with panel capacity of 1250 Amp outdoor/indoor type for overhauling of mechanism of trolly and carrying out repair works, servicing complete with decarbonizing the contact points, cleaning with CRC solution, tightening of springs greasing etc testing after repair complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of HT supply from 11 KV VCB of any capacity of Amps for overhauling of mechanism trolly and carry out repair works, servicing complete with decarborizing the contact points, cleaning with CRC solution tightening springs greasing etc etc testing after repair complete all as specified and directed. Make of Existing VCB - AREVA/ ALSTOM/ CG Note:- Parts replaced in VCB shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only Motor Cut off switch suitable for 11 KV VCB including taking down of existing old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron earth strip 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron pipe 40mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. M&L and T&P for tightening of jumpers and busbar and and greasing of GOD at four/two pole structures and tightening of cable at HT and LT at both end of transformers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing chain link fencing of size 2.1 mtr height and wire mesh size 100mm x 100mm, 4mm dia including line wires, type of mesh as per standard size, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire and taking out old fencing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Surface Dressing/Cleaning of various 11/33 KV sub-stations free from vegetation of any type including trimming of tree branches, bushes, creepers, etc. also on fencing complete, Cleaning of sourrounding area of transformer/GOD on HT two pole and four pole structures complete entire area of fencing at various places complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying at 11 KV Switchyard/substation , stone aggregate of size 40-80 mm upto height of 30 cm after the height of sand cushioning (river sand) which will be laid upto height of 15 cm before laying stone aggregate in sub-stations/electric yards including levelling and at cable ducts of switchyard/installation complete all as specified and directed Note:- It should be ensured that before laying stone aggregate and sand the grass or unwanted bushes shall be treated checmically to remove the unwanted vegetation and surface of the switchyard/installation should be made totally free from the existing unused aggregates without destroying the cable, earthpit etc at the installation including waterproof tarpaulin, all area covered by waterproof tarpaulin before laying of sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying at 33 KV switchyard/substation stone aggregate of size 40-80 mm upto height of 30 cm after the height of sand cushioning (river sand) which will be laid upto height of cm before laying stone aggregate in sub stations/electric yards including levelling and at cable ducts of switchyard/installation complete all as specified and directed Note:- It should be ensured that before laying stone aggregate and sand the grass or unwanted bushes shall be treated checmically to remove the unwanted vegetation and surface of the switchyard/installation should be made totally free from the existing unused aggregates without destroying the cable, earthpit etc at the installation including waterproof tarpaulin, all area covered by waterproof tarpaulin before laying of sand complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of kerb stone at 11 KV Switchyard/substation , size of kerb stoe 300 mm X 300 mm X 150 mm. The aggregate and sand should be supported by kerb stone of standard size along with the edge of the perimeter. Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rectification, detection of gas leakage & refilling of the same in compatible to the pressure marked by the OEM for existing 11 KV VCB Interrupter complete all as specified and directed.
