Taking down old UNSV street/security light, flood light luminaires of any type /any watt any make from pole, building & post top after disconnecting all electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Street light lumanairies LED 40W including connection etc all as specified and directed. Make Crompton Cat No LSTS-40-CDL-M or equivalent make.

Supply and fixing Street light lumanairies LED 45W including connection etc all as specified and directed. Make Crompton Cat No LSTP-45-CDL-M or equivalent make.

Supply and fixing Street light lumanairies LED 60 W including connection etc all as specified and directed. Make Crompton Cat No LST-60-CDL-M or equivalent make.

Supply and fixing Street light lumanairies LED 70 W including connection etc all as specified and directed. Make Crompton Cat No LST-72-CDL-M or equivalent make

M&L PVC insulated and PVC sheathed cable with three core (phase, neutral and earthing) multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts, sheathed, including taking down old UNSV cable complete from LED street light fitting to cable junction box. M & L for replacement of old rusted/corroded security light bracket 1.5 mtr long made out of GI pipe of light grade 40mm dia swain neck shaped, bended, & fixed on the pole through 02 Nos MS flat clamp by nuts,bolst & washers of suitable sizes incl taking down old bracket complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of weather proof outdoor cable junction box fixing on pole with 02 Nos of MS flat clamp suitable for 10 Sqmm to 35 sqmm, 4 core XLPE armoured cable including cable gland fixed with bus bar including adequate size lugs, brass nut bolts and washer with terminals one mounting bracket and making provision of an MCB TPN necessary opening for entry/exit cable including testing and taking down old unsv junction box all as specified and directed. Make-Hensel or equivalent.

M&L heavy duty armoured LT under ground cable 1100 V grade XLPE insulated , PVC sheathed ,multi stranded aluminium conductor cable laid in treanches, in floor , on pole/ wall, in duct etc complete with suitable size of MS clamps with nut bolts etc and making good the disturbed surfaces by cement mortar/painting of MS fittings with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer (red oxide) to match with the existing : -

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep in soft / loose soil for erection of poles, cables, earthings etc. complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and laying old size sub class B bricks of size 230mm x 115mm x 75mm laid dry prependicular to the axis of cable, laid adjecent without any gap complete all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in, excavated soil including leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of thickness not exceeding 25 cm in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing the soil where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm bore galvanized tube (light grade) with all fittings laid in trenches /other places (for post top / other luminaire) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv steel tubular pole 9 mtrs long with foundation and Supply & erect in true vertical new steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.00 meters long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug,bolts, nuts & screw complete including painting the pole with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer (red oxide) and writing pole no with white colour on 30 cm wide circular black strip all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of PCC poles/struts as specified including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping around poles , including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 240 Volts, 50 Hz, 10 KA breaking capacity 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable main switch / timer switch / programm switch etc and supply, fixing and testing of timelite distribution board (Astonomical type) suitable for outdoor operation complete with high and low voltage and overload protection, degree of protection IP-55 AC, Timer, Contactor of rating 65 Amp 4 Pole, MCCB of 63 Amp capacity, 3 pole/230 V , made out of CRCA sheet not less than 2.2mm thick, fixed on pole/wall with suitable size clamp complete all as specified and as directed. S&F of 2 way DB single pole & neutral, single door for gate lights/ garden lights junction box etc all as specified and directed.

S&F of 4 way, 63 Amp wall mounted bus bar chamber for garden lights/ street light etc complete all as as specified and directed.

M&L for painting steel tubular poles in position with street light bracket and cross arms etc with one coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl prepairing the surface by scraping old surface with wire brush also writing pole Nos with white paint over a black strip 30 cm wide around the pole at a height not less than 1.2 mtr from bottom of pole and applying 2 inch wide luminous radium strip above the pole No all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil , charcoal dust , salt and PCC 1 : 2: 4 type B1 in chamber with RCC 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 cover slab with 6 mm dia mild steel bars at 100 mm centre to centre both ways and with 6 mm dia MS hook complete including with 25mm bore for protection and 20mm bore for water and GI funnel complete all as specified and as directed
