REPAIR/ RENEWAL/ REPLACEMENT OF CERTAIN EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY UNDER GE (A) SURATGARH AT SURATGARH MIL STN

Taking up or down HDPE pipe of size 20 mm bore with all fittings and connection fixed on wall or laid on floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down HDPE pipe of size 25 mm bore with all fittings and connection fixed on wall or laid on floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down HDPE pipe of size 40 mm bore with all fittings and connection fixed on wall or laid on floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down HDPE pipe of size 50 mm bore with all fittings and connection fixed on wall or laid on floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down HDPE pipe of size 75/80 mm bore with all fittings and connection fixed on wall or laid on floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of GI water tubing 20 mm dia bore, medium grade with necessary fittings i.e. Tee, Reducer, nipple, union, socket etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Rate includes the cost of required fittings i.e. Tee, Reducer, nipple, union, socket etc for fixing of pipe. (ii) Old retrived pipe will be deposited in AGE E/M store

All as perSr No 6 above but water tubing 25 mm dia bore pipe.

All as per Sr No 6 above but water tubing 40 mm dia bore pipe.

All as per Sr No 6 above but water tubing 50 mm dia bore pipe.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth, or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, manholes, or laying water supply pipe lines etc. in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F DI fittings confirming to IS-9523-2000 such as bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross collar, caps and plugs, blank flange etc. suitable for spigot and socketed pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Welding work and any addition/ alteration, cutting and joining blank flanged to the DI / CI/ GI pipe upto 200 mm including suitable nut bolts, washer, rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Blank flange will be measured and paid seperately.

S&F as in repair Gun metal, gate valve, ISI marked, IS-778, size 15 mm bore pipe with iron wheel head, inside screwed both ends for iron pipes complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Srl item No16 above but 20 mm dia bore.

All as per Srl item No 16 above but 25 mm dia bore.

All as per Srl item No 16 above but 40 mm dia bore.

All as per Srl item No 16 above but 50 mm dia bore.

S&F as in repair of 80 mm bore, cast Iron sluice valve, rising spindle type with flanged ends, ISI marked, IS:1486, class PN - 1.6 with stem of stainless steel and gun metal working part with iron hand wheel with nuts, bolts, washers and flange rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Old retrived sluice valves shall be deposited in AGE E/M store

All as per Srl item No 21 above but 100 mm dia bore.

All as per Srl item No 21 above but 150 mm dia bore.

All as per Srl item No 21 above but 200 mm dia bore.

M&L for repair to sluice valve of size 80 mm to 200 mm bore by removing from the piping network, draining the system as required and refacing, regrinding and replacement of gun metal nut, threading, welding work, finishing work as required to make smooth function of valve and refixing of the same with nut bolts washer with new rubber gasket, gland complete. Note: Rate includes the cost of transportation to civil workshop and back.

S&F as in repair Cast iron, Non return valve with gun metal seat, PN 1.6, IS:5312 flanged end suitable for 150 mm bore pipe with brass nuts, bolts, washers and jointing with necessary flange ruber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 80 mm bore, centrifugally cast (Spun) ductile iron pressure pipe with spigot and socketed ends, class K-9, ISI marked, confirming to IS: 8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement with portland cement properties suitable for rubber gasket jointing / tyton joints inclduing rubber gasket for joint and laid on floor/ in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Rate inlcudes the cost of rubber gasket for joints. (ii) DI fittings shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking up or down 80mm bore HDPE / GI pipe including connections, fixed in walls, ceiling or laid under floor or laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for cutting of PCC, hard standing, WBM, road, for passing of GI/CI/DI pipes upto 350 mm bore and making good surface finish with PCC suitable grade for road complete all as specified and directed.

M&L as in repair for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanized iron strip 32mm x 6mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth strip connected to earthing test point/equipment and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia upto earthing test point/equipment fixed with required number of mild steel clamp made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron and perforated water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade of length 2.25 metre and top with socket & plug and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and 40mmthick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 cover with 40mm x 40mm x 3mm MS angle iron frame, excavation & earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) GI strip upto earth equipment 7.5 mtr is included in this item. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit shall be 1.5 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chamber.

S&F as in replacement Vaccum chlorinator with assembly, Injector,check valve,yoke clamp ,PE tube , direct cylinder mounted suitable for chlorine dosing system capacity upto 2 kg/hr as per existing model and type complete with necessary fitting and testing complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of old u/s valve vit chamber and M&L for Construction of brick masonry valve pit of internal size 150cm x 150cm x 150cm including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, brick work, plastering, white wash, PCC coping, MS frame made out of angle iron of size 40mmx40mmx6 mm, MS sheet cover of 3 mm thick fixed to angle iron frame by means of hinges welded to frame and painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and grouting the frame in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including handle and locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge Note :- (i) Brick wall shall be 23 cm thick built in cement mortar (1:4) (ii) Internal plaster shall be 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and external plaster upto 450mm from top shall be 20mm thick in CM (1:6) and remaining external surface shall be flush pointing in CM (1:6) as the work proceeds. (iii) PCC in foundation shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate extended 15 cm all around from the external face of the walls. (iv) PCC coping shall be 15 cm thick in cement concrete ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including grouting of angle iron frame in PCC. (v) Three coats of white wash to internal surfaces of valve pit. (vi) Depth of valve pit shall be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation.

S&F as in replacement of ball brass valve high presure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule size 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No 34 above but float valve 25 mm dia bore

All as per Srl item No 34 above but float valve 40 mm dia bore

M&L for painting on chlorine gas cylinder with two coat of polyurethene or chlorinated rubbder paint on outer surface and writing Sr No of cylinder with "GE (A) Suratgarh" as directed.

S&F as in repair steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar works of quality Fe 290 (Gde E-165) etc. including two coat of synthetic enamel weather proof paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling joint of 500/350/250/200/150/100 mm bore DI pipe by removing old rubber tyton rings and cleaning the spigot and socketed portion of pipe including supply and filxing new rubber tyton ring and testing the joint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Rate includes the necessary earth work and retruning filling as required. Note :- Old Serviceable/ unserviceable material retrieved from above mentioned all items shall be deposited in store yard of subdivision by the contractor at his own arrangement. Noting extra shall be paid on this account.If bidder fail to submit the old item than suitable recovery as per double the Market Rate of old item shall be deducted from the final bill and suitable action shall be taken against the bidder as deemed fit.
