Pumping out raw sewage water using diesel engine driven pump sets of suitable capacity for (removal of sludge & silt) of the primary oxidation pond of size 100mx50mx2.7m depth of central sewage system at embankment slope of 1:1000 including blocking of flow of sewage to the pond to be cleaned by diverting the flow to other pond to keep the system operative during executing the job on another and pumping out & disposing the same at a distance up to 500 mtr through proper pipe line and/or closed tanker etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1.00 here-in-before but from the secondary oxidation ponds of size 100mX50mX2.7m depth of central sewage system at embankment slope of 1:1000 Note for item No 01 & 02 :- (i) Desludging and removal shall be measured and paid under respective item. (ii) Deisel engine pump & other T&P including fuel will be arranged by contractor under his own arrangements.

Cleaning cum desludging of raw sewage from primary oxidatioin pond of size 100mX50mX2.7m depth at a embankment slope of 1:1000 by removing deposited sludge and silt completely with using suitable pumps, scrapers, wire brushes manually and necessary T&P from the bottom of the oxidation pond (approx depth of the silt from the bottom of the pond 1.2m) by scrapping out deposit sludge etc of ponds by Manually/mechanically & cleaning with clear water, removing and depositing the sludge & silt to a distance not exceeding 08 kms from the oxidation ponds by covered trolley ensuring that the sludge does not spoil on the road surface and cleaning the area around the pond up to a distance of 15m periphery including removal/cutting up routing of wild vegitation / bushes or shurb etc around the pond not and removing the same exceeding 500m complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 3.00 here-in-before but from the secondary oxidation pond of size 100mX50mX2.7m depth at a embankment slope of 1:1000 by removing sludge & silt completely with suitable pumps, manpowers & necessary T&P from the bottom of secondary pond (approx depth of the silt from the bottom of the pond 0.5m) complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning and desludging of brick masonary efluent channel of sectional size 1.5m wide, 0.60m depth by removing sludge & silt manually (approx deposit 0.20m) and disposing up to a distance of 500m including removal/cutting and uprooting of wild vegitation shrub/bushes etc around the channel upto 3m distance bothside complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning and desludging of sewage sump well of size internal dia 6.20m and 6.30m deep from ground level by removing sludge and slit completely with suitable means(mechanical and/or manual) from the bottom of sewage sump by scrapping out deposit, sludge etc including the side walls of sewage sump well with the help of scraper, wire brush etc cleaning with clear water using pressure water jet. removing the sludge and silt and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge to a distance not exceeding 08 Kms from the sewage well by covered motor van/ tractor trolley ensuring that sludge does not spoil the roads. cleaning the area around the sewage sump not exceeding 2m on either side including cutting of bushes etc and cleaning the site complete all as specified and directed (approx deposit of sludge/silt 0.95 mtr height) (SW-06).

All as per item No 6.00 but sewage sump well of size internal dia 6.20m and 8.33m deep and removing the sludge & silt and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge to a distance not exceeding 5 Kms ( approx deposit of sludge/silt 0.85 mtr height) .(SW-05)

All as per item No 6.00 but sewage sump well of size internal dia 8.40m and 9.10m deep from ground level and removing the sludge & silt and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge to a distance not exceeding 07 Kms ( approx deposit of sludge/silt 1.0.05 mtr height) (SW-02)

Cleaning of raw sewage sump well of size 2m x 5m x 6.88m deep of STP 0.24 MLD including inlet box, bar & screen, oil & grease trap by removing the sludge and silt completely with suitable pumps from the bottom of sewage sump (Approx deposit of sludge/silt 0.85 mtr height) by scrapping out deposit, sludge etc including the side walls of sewage sump with the help of scraper, wire brush etc removing and cleaning cleaning with clear water and depositing the sludge and silt to a distance as directed by Engineer-in-Charge not exceeding 08 Kms from the sewage well by covered motor van/ tractor trolley ensuring that sludge does not spoil the roads, cleaning the area around the sewage sump not exceeding 2m on either side including cutting of bushes etc and cleaning the site complete.

All as per item No 12.00 but sewage sump of size 3.5m x 5m x 7.88m deep at sewage treatment plant 2.0 MLD including inlet box, bar screen, oil & grease trap, grit channel, distribution chamber and removing the sludge & silt and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge to a distance not exceeding 05 Kms from STP (Appx deposit of sludge 0.95 mtr height)

All as per item No 12.00 but sewage sump well of size internal dia 1.20m and 4.50m deep from ground level and removing the sludge & silt and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge to a distance not exceeding 06 Kms ( approx deposit of sludge 1.15 mtr height) (Eastern pocket MAP Officers Qtrs) Well No - 07

M&L for preparing old painted steel or iron surfaces of any description by removing dust, rust with the help of sand paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces of machineries, equipment, steel structure at sewage sump installations etc complete all as specified and directed Note :- T&P installed at sewage well No 1 to 06 (Central sewage system & STP) and connected items shall only be measured under this item.

Pumping out raw sewage water using pump sets diesel engine driven from sewage plant installation for cleaning (removal of sludge and silt) of the installation including blocking flow of sewage from nearby manhole etc till the each individual job is completed against item Sl. No. 6 to 14 of this schedule, for 08 (Eight ) hours per day minimum and disposal of the same through proper pipelines to a distance not less than 150 mtr from the installation all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for following installations :- Under ground sewage sump well of size internal dia 6.20m and depth 6.30m (SW-01) Notes :- (i) Removal and desludging will be measured and paid under srl item No 8 to 11 & 13 to 18 hereinafter. The desludging/de-watering shall be done one time only in the interval of minimum 06 months, if pumping required at site more than one time will be done by prior written approval of GE. (ii) Deisel engine pump & other T & P including fuel will be arranged by contractor under his own arrangements.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing cast iron pipe 100mm bore with flanged ends, including nuts, bolts, washer and neoprene rubber gasket jointcentrifugally cast class A, in any length for replacement of column pipes of non clog submersible pumps in under ground sewage sumps (vertical & horizontal pieces) and fixing with header, non return valves, sluice valves etc. laid on pillars as per existing including taking down old unserviceable pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Joints will be measured & paid separately.

All as per item No 17.00 above but 150mm bore CI pipe.

Supply and fixing Cast iron fittings (ISI marked) upto 250 mm bore such as bends (any type, radius & angle), Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces, single branch, “Y” junction, double branch, cross (for flanged / sockets or socket & spigot), collars, caps & plugs suitable for spigot & socketed pipes complete all as specified and directed Notes :- Joint shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking out unserviceable mild steel cover of valve pit chamber and supply and fixing covers of valve pit chamber duly hinged fabricating the frame by using 3.15mm thick mild steel sheet and angle iron frame 50mmx50mmx6mm thick including making locking arrangement and fixing the cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggreagte and providing hold fast of appropriate size made to shape of 50mmx6mm flat iron including painting the sheet & frame with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 150 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, with forged brass spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in replacement non return valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6 of size 100mm bore, cast iron body, as per IS 5312 (ISI marked), heavy duty, both ends flanged and drilled, including nuts, bolts, washer and neoprene rubber gasket joint complete all as specified and directed.
