Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Brickwork with fly ash Old size bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius, as in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. and removing debris outside the premises all as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing the newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 2 to 3 mm thick wall care Putty to wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and preparing wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 2 to 3 mm thick wall care Putty to wall surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for crack repair work in walls :- Clean surface around crack, joint should be free from loose particles and dust, cutting 'V' shaped groove of size in range of 6 to 25mm of width and depth along the crack line by machine or manually, then clean the groove by wire brush to remove loose particles and then washed by water jet, and fixing nozzle and reparing cracks using Fosroc Rendroc CS chemical with a proportion as per manufacturer instrucitons complete all as specified and as directed. .

Dismantling of any type of asbestos cement corruagated sheets in roof coverings/cladding including ridges, hips, valleys and flashings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix precolour coated high tensile steel galvalume sheet roofing with yield strength (550 Mpa) pre painted with Aluminium (55%) and Zinc (45%) alloy coating applied through contineous hot dip process having total coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm with minimum coating mass on both sides @ 150 gram/Sqm, in length and width as per site condition fixed with compitable accessories as per manufacturers instructions through specialist agency and the profile and the shade shall be as approved by the GE and all as specified and directed. Note : End laps not less than 25 cm and side lap at least one corrugation, mastic lapping tape is to be provided at the laps and stitching screws should be provided at the side lap & end laps at interval of 600mm, eaves filler strip to be bonded to the valleys or pans with flexible water proof silicon sealant. Self tapping screw 65 mm long and 32 mm long is to be provided at crest and valleys respectively.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats and gusset plates etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-B all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 4mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane all as specified and as directed.

Note : GI protection pipe & GI earth wire upto 7.50m is included in the rates quoted for the item

Material and labour for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawing in conduit or any other situation for loop earthing etc as requried 4 mm dia galvanized steel wire all as specified and as directed.
