COMPREHENSIVE AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF COMPLETE BMS, FIRE ALARM/FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM AND FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEM AT TP COMPLEX AFS DIGARU

Material & labour for preventive and comprenshive maintenance of BMS and fire alarm system with main control panels installed at building No.B-6 (Main Power House ) and connected system installed at different locations at building No. B-1 ,B-2 ,B-3, B-4, B-5, and B-6 of Make- SIEMENS through OEM i.e M/s SIEMENS or any authorised dealer /service agent /channel partener of M/s SIEMENS duly authorised by M/s SIEMENS to carry out the job on their behalf (MOU shall have to be produced by the tenderer signed between the tenderer and the OEM/authorised dealer /service agent /channel partener of M/s SIEMENS) for the following components / parts /system by servicing /repairing /maintenance and including replacement of defective parts /system and when required to keep the systems fully functional for 24 X 7 Hrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note-1 :- The bidder shall have to submit an MoU with the OEM for the same and it will be essentially required at technical evaluation stage of bids. The tenderer shall required to upload MOU with OEM otherwise bids shall not be qualify for opening of finance bid. Note-2 :- An expert technician having sound knowledge of above-mentioned BMS & Fire alarm system alongwith a helper shall be deployed at site for general shift on all working days to carry out daily maintenance /checking of both the systems. He will be made to stay at a nearby area to attend any emergenncy work at site during holidays/off hours also. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive with the cost of the same and no extra payment will be made on this account . Note-2 :- Tenderer shall also consider the following while quoting the unit rates :-

(xi) Fault isolater modules with protective housing -09 Nos.

(xii) Exit (Signage) Light Fixture with 1.5 hrs battery backup with profile make -14 Nos.

(xiii) Flame proof Exit (Signage) Light Fixture-04 Nos.

(xiv) Twisted pair 1.5 sqmm, shielded FRLS insulated copper conductor, flexible wire through MS conduit - 4491.90 RM.

(xv) CPU comprising of intel 1.3 processor ,4GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, intel motherboard of 3.4GHZ,19" LED Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse, Network Adaptor, Graphic card connected to Fire Alarm Panels. The CPU suitable to intigrate number of FACPs located in various locations with software to display location of fire/activated device monitoring on the map of the entire facility with t display location of fire/activated device monitoring on the map of the entire facility with zoom capability and windows 7 professional 64 bit multitasking software with liscence, A3 officejet printer and all acessories. CPU suitable to connect single mode Optic fibre cable and along with required module/converters to be added for OF cable all as required.

(xvi) 6 Core 9/125 micrometer armoured single mode optical fibre cable with including OFC connector, splicing, patch cords and terminations laid 600 mm below ground including excavation and all types soil SDR/HR returning - refilling and making the surface good of earth and providing protection with bricks at sides and top, sand cushioning and cable route marker at every 50M intervals- 1450 RM.

(xvii) True online UPS system with following specifications :- (a) Input Vlotage 170V AC to 250V AC (b) Output Voltage 170V to AC to 250V AC (c) Output capacity -1KVA (d) Battery backup for minimum 30 minutes with suitable SMF batteries.

(xviii) Hooter installed at different locations.

(i) Windows based Graphical User Software, web based with GUI, alarming , Reporting software as specifications with minimum one multi user facility -01 No.

(iv) Networkable DDC Controller with supply relays, wiring trays, wiring in an enclosure. DDC 1 of required points as per minimum data of points given in i/o summary (plant room) 100 points controller -01 Set.

(v) Networkable DDC Controller with supply relays, wiring trays, wiring in an enclosure. DDC 2 of required points as per minimum data of points given in i/o summary 75 points controller (Total DDC Controller alongwith enclosure for 7 CSU's as per IO LIST) -06 Sets.

Note :- (a) If the BMS/ Fire Alarm System is put off due to occuring any breakdown/ defect/ fault in the system, then the following penalties shall be imposed on the contractor :-

(i) Response time to attend any type of complaint lodged with the contractor/ his rep informed via telephonically/ email will be 08 (Eight) hours. Rs 2000/- (Rupees two thousand ) per hour shall be recovered from his payment for not responding to the complaint / fault after 08 hours from the lodging of the complaint.

(b) Contractor will provide contact details of his site engineer/supervisor or any other responsible person and OEM's rep who can be contacted in case of emergency to lodge the complaint.

(c) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive with the cost of all stationary items such as printer cartridge, A-4 size papers and other misc items which shall be provided by the contractor to obtain the hourly print-outs of the desired parameters on daily basis in r/o all AHUs during the contract period.
