A. CLEARING OF SITE

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

B. DISMANTALING WORK

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. 15.23.1 For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

C. CONSTRUCTION OF SUMP

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. 15.2.1 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: 2.1.1 All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 4.1.2 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : 4.3.1 Foundations, footings, bases for columns

D. TILE AND GRANITE WORK

Non-Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floor etc . set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

Providing and fixing Glass mossaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer-in-Charge:

E. CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND)

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

F. PAINTING

Job Work: Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces

G. HORTICULTURE & PLANTATION

Ploughing the existing ground to a depth of 15 cm to 25 cm and watering the same. All kinds of soil

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deepand trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling theexcavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure inthe ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20%:one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%),flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally finedressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declaredunserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed,within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure orextra earth to be paid for separately)

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Officer-in-charge

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. All kinds of soil

Anti termite treatment of lawn area through premise 30.50% I P. one literpremise diluted in 499 liters water and applying solution @ 1.00 litre solutionper sqm lawn or bed area.(two application) i/c cost of chemical)and as perdirection of officer-in-charge.and as per direction of officer-in-charge.

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) :

Holes 90 cm dia, and 90 cm deep

Holes 60 cm dia, and 60 cm deep

Holes 45 cm dia, and 45 cm deep.

Fine dressing of the ground

SUPPLY AND STAKING OF PLANTS OF REQUARED HIGHTS AND SIZE WITH PROPER FOLIAGE, GREEN, WELL DEVLOBED INCLUDING PLANTATION CHARGES AND MENTINANCE UPTO A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS.

Hamelia patens of height 60cm. with 3-4 branches in poly bags of size 20 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Fishtail palm of ht. 270-300 cm bottom girth 40- 50 cm well developed in 40cm size poly bags as per direction of the officer-in-charge

Foxtail palm well developed with fresh & healthy foliage of ht. 210 to 250 cm in big 40 cm Cement Pot as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Bottel Brush of height 180-200 cm. with 6-8 branches in poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Cyprush of height 120 cm. with 6-8 branches in poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Ficus Star Light of height 90 cm. with 6-8 branches in poly bags of size 25 cm as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

H. FOUNTAIN , TREE GUARD ,BENCHES & STEP LIGHT

Designing, supplying, Installation & Testing of CASCADE jet fountain . Fountain consist of CASCADE JET fountain giving Christmas tree type effect .. Nozzles are made of Brass- nickel/Chrome plated. High quality All Nuts & bolts and foundation bolt along with gunmetal control valves to adjust flow pressure.(waterscapes/equiv) Approx water body size req- 3 mtr dia with Pump set & electric panel comprise of totaling 02 HP monosumbersible pump set (Kirloskar/Equivalent. Fountain have 04 NOS. of LED lights . complete in all respect as per satisfaction and direction of Officer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. flat iron tree guard 60 cm dia and 2 m high,including painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture over a coat of primer. The tree guard shall be suitably fixed to the ground by embedding four legs of tree guard in pits of suitable dia and to a depth of 25 cm, refilling the pits with soil and ramming, complete in all respect as per satisfaction and direction of Officer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Precast RCC garden Benches . Each bench consists of 2Nos. L shape base support in grey Cement colour of size 80mm X 450mm X 890 mm and base width 690mm, 1 No. RCC plank in red colour of size 1500mm X 400mm X 50mm, and 1 No. RCC plank in red colour of size 1500mm X 425mm X 50mm. Seating length of the bench is 1500mm, seating height of the bench is 450mm and total height of the bench is 1000mm as per drawing attached, finishing etc complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Step light at site peripheral of boundary out side of park with installation of electric point and wiring with control switches, company made by philips, finishing etc complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
