M & L for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free for dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges exc 30mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous of grade VG 30 macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc including scarifying of old damaged WBM layer exc 50mm and n.exc 100 mm deep without disturbing the soling and removal of debris complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 100mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, granite sand stone, flint or quartzite, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer using viscosity grade bitumen (VG-10) at the rate of 8 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying premixed bituminous macadam of consolidated thickness (75mm or less) with paving bitumen any penetration rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using binder (bitumen VG-30) content 4 % by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing of old previously treated black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags and air compressor to remove all lose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 @ of 5 kg/10 Sqm on black top surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for bituminous premix semi asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using paving bitumen of grade VG 30 with with power roller 8 n exc 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. (i) The mix shall be mixed in computerised hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver only. (ii) The mix shall be designed by job mix formula. (iii) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportation etc. for job mix formula and independent testing during execution of work shall be deemed inclusive in the unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made on this account. (iv) The actual binder contents used shall be as per optimized content based on approved job mix formula irrespective of whatever indicated above. (v) Price adjustment shall be done on minus side (without considering the permissible tolerance on minus side) with reference to binder content indicated above and actual to be used in the work. (vi) Price adjustment for paving bitumen shall be done at the rate of Rs. 40,000/- per MT for any variation on minus side irrespective of actual purchase rate. However, no adjustment for variation on plus side will be made. (vii) The quoted rate includes carrying out design mix by the contractor. The recomended trial mix got to be approved by the accepting officer.

All as per item no 7 above but for SDAC 25mm thickness

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on old and new roads, pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction incl cleaning of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one Nl-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed.

S & F for cat eye, solar reflective type, of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 75 mm consolidated thickness of moorum/red bajri granulan sub base and light wearing surface spread and rolled to gradient and camber with road roller 0.2 to 0.5 tonne capacity all as specified and directed

Demolition of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry & pointed complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded broken stone), as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L sand filling under paver blocks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in cills, steps, bands, copings, bed plates, etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.
