5 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

6 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

7 Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. cum

Supply & Installation of Cricket Cage net and artificial turf pitch.

8 Supply of high-quality Nylon Green Net for protective cage enclosures. The net shall be UV-protected, ensuring durability and resistance to weathering and sun exposure. The mesh shall be made from 2.5mm thick nylon material with a 50mm x 50mm mesh size, offering optimal strength and ventilation. The work shall include the provision of all necessary fasteners, ties, hooks, and any other accessories required to securely install the net in the practice cricket pitch complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For Each cricket pitch, having the size 40' x 12' x 15', will require one roll of nylon net measuring 100' x 33'=3300 sqfeet i.e. covering a total area of 3,300 square feet.) Sq feet

9 Supply of nylon rope in bundles, with each bundle comprising a continuous length of 220 meters of high-quality nylon rope. Each Bundle

11 Supply of artificial turf cricket pitch, including the provision of all necessary accesaries such as screws, adhesives, underlay (if required), and other accessories. The work shall include surface preparation, leveling, cutting and fitting of the turf, secure fixing using appropriate methods, and ensuring a clean, professional finish. The installation shall be done in accordance with standard specifications and manufacturer’s guidelines, ensuring durability, proper drainage (if applicable), and optimal playing conditions. All tools, labor, and incidentals required to complete the work in all respects shall be included.(For Each cricket pitch, having the size 40' x 12' x 15', will require one roll of Artificial pitch measuring 10' x 66'=660 sqfeet i.e. covering a total area of 660 square feet.) 12 Installation of Artificial pitch for each cricket pitch. Each

1 Quoted rate shall be valid for entire work order period.

2 Dismantled and useful material shall be returned to central store.

3 There will be no free issue material.

4 Item make should be taken from approved list attached, from HO, NMDC Ltd.
