Annual Rate Contract for Periodic maintenance of pipe line and pump set for RWSS Jaitsisar under division Sardarshahar

7.1.1 Maintenance of pipelines (upto dia 300 mm)for Rural water supply schemes irrespective of material which includes Repairing of Bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections, Collection & recording residual chlorine samples (as directed by engineer incharge) during daily supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution /rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil/ hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. incase of Kharanja road/ concrete block road , bricks / blocks of concrete are to be removed and after removal of leakage same shall be placed properly and making road in good condition.This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipes and upto ground level. For entire job contractor will use their own T & P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering,JCB & Tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of rising and distribution pipeline network . work also includes daily/ periodical operation of valves of rising and distribution pipeline network within the scope of work for maintenance of pipe line per KM per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the department.

Labour charges for repairing of starter at site including opening and reassembling of starter with labour charges for replacing of defective parts with new one at site.(Parts will be supplied by Depatment)

Daily/ periodical operation of valves at supply times for specified by department per sluice valve per month. (Valve rod and cap to be arranged by contractor) 80-300 mm .

3.1.8.02Repair Rewinding of submersible motor includes full servicing and rewinding where ever required as per manufacturers specification and to the satisfaction of engineer incharge. it includes the replacement of minor parts such as bushes oil seal bush Nut bolts, washers, cable seal, gland ring , ven plug, water drain plug ,etc complete job Above 17.5HP to 20HP
