Recanning to chair writing as per the requirement with white plastic cane 2 to 2.5 mm wide gola type shah/primer brand weaving as per Godrej pattern complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing of u/s cane and cleaning the holes for recanning and polishing with french polish complete all as specified and directed, removing of unsv cane, PVC toes derusting/rubbing old surfaces with sand paper and peparation of surface and making free from sun km Nos of knots in weaving shall be more than 10 Nos on back, vertical weaving lines on seat and back shall not be les than 22 lines verticamy and not les than 4 lines nonzomamy and S&F new PVC toes to each chair complete all as specified on Drg and as directed.

Re-polishing of Chair Writing.all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of new lower portion wooden frame as in replacement of old unservicable lower portion frame all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of new upper portion Cushion top seat as in replacement of old unservicable upper portion wooden seat all as specified and as directed.

S&F new bottom bush in repairs all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of new top back rest portion wooden frame as in replacement of old unservicable lower portion frame all as specified and as directed.

Chair Easy

Recanning of chair easy as per the requirment with white plastic case 2 to 2.5mm wide gola type Shah/ primer brand weaving as per Godrej pattern complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing of U/s cane and cleaning the holes for recanning and polishing with french polish complete all as specified and directed

S&F new front/ rear leg made of Teak wood of size & shape and pattern duly polished in replacement of of unservacable/broken legs of chair easy all as specified on drg and as directed. FD-229/201/17(m)

Chair Varandah :- FD-256/19(m)

Recanning to chair varandah with plastic cane 4mm wide Gola type Shah/Primier brand after applying one coat of white synthetic enemel paint, minor welding where required on complete chair including removing of unserviceable cane, PVC toes, derusting/rubbing old surfaces with sand paper and preparation of surface and making free from sunkm Nos of knots in weaving shall not be more than 10 Nos on back , vertical/weaving lines on seat and back shall not be less than 22 lines vertically and not less than 44 lines horizontally and S&F new PVC toes to each chair complete all as specified on Drg and as directed.

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR :- FD-39(m)

Removing the existing unserviceable nylon newar from GI charpoy tightening the joints all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge and S/F plywood commercial 12mm thick of size 1980x900 mm with ISI mark duly supported with two numbers MS Iron Strip of size 40x6x900 mm fixed with bolt parallel to short rails at a equal distance. Each charpoy shall be fixed with eight numbers bolt of size 75 mm x 6 mm drilled to pipe. MS Iron strips shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer before fixing for the plywood including cutting of long rail and short rail and fitting siutablle for plywood top and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F of new table top made of Pre-laminated particle board 18 / 19 mm thick exterior grade in teak finish duly covered, table top made of Sunmica laminate sheet 1mm thickness with PVC edging in black colour or approved colour all around as in reaplacement of unserviceable / broken top of Table dining 8 person complete all as specified, shown on drg and directed.

S&F new leg of Table dining 8 person made of shisham wood of and shape / pattern as in replacement of unserviceable / broken leg complete all as specified, shown on drg and directed.

TABLE DRESSING LADIES WITH MIRROR

S&F 5 mm thick looking mirror of size 1220 x 366 mm with teak wood frame and 6 mm thick BWR Grade type BB ply wood to backside as in replacment of old unserviceable mirror with frame complete all as specified, shown on drawing and directed.

S&F PVC Knobs complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

S&F 6 mm thick BWR Grade type BB plywood as in backside of Table dressing as in replacment of unserviceable plywood complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

S&F in replacement of long rail made of shisham wood size 90 x 35 x1920 mm long for bed ply wood top complete all as specified and directed.

Recanning of wooden furniture as per the requirement with white plastic cane 2 to 2.5 mm wide Gola type Shah / Primier brand, weaving shall be done in Godrej pattern complete all as specified and shown on drawing including tighterning of loose wooden members by minor repair where ever required, removing of unserviceable cane and cleaning the holes for re-canning and re-polishing to complete item with french polish complete all as specified and directed.

Removing broken / unservicable wooden arm from Sofa Set 5 seater and S&F new wooden arm made out of 70x35x725mm as shown in drg duly french polished with the existing shade all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 18.1 hereinbefore but new TW legs of size 70x35x530mm. all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 18.1 here in before but new wooden bearers of size 40x40x305mm. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of un-serviceable / unhygenic seat & back of foam cushion of size 21" x 22" x 100 mm thick of 32 density for Sofa Set 5 Seater Make : Sleepwell /Kurlon cushion of M/s Kurlon Ltd duly covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality & shade complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- (i) Rate of tapestry cloth shall not less than Rs. 250.00 per meter of standard width quality and shade shall be approved by the Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The cover made of tapestry shall be provided with openable Zip / Chain.

Removal of old and unserviceable fabric alongwith foam, lining cloth etc of Sofa set 5 Seater (FD-18) re-setting the GI springs with new cotton rope of 4mm dia, supply and fix seat frame 580x590mm made of 8mm MS rod and providing new upholstery for seat, back and arm rest with hessain cloth of medium quality, coir fibre and foam cushion25 mm thick,40 density covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality and colour costing not less than Rs. 350 per metre, complete all as shown on drawings and as directed. Note: Set of 05 Nos i.e. 05 nos seat and 05 nos back will be measured as One set.
