Materials and labour for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M 25 (20mm graded agg ) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for RCC Design mix M-25 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in columns, pillars , posts , struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings , bases of columns , raft and raft beam , sides and soffits ( if any) of foundations and plinth beams and similar work , vertical or batter for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts , piers , columns and stantions , for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including bending ,cranking and hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups cut to length , bent to shape required including bending, cranking , and hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, as per specification and drawing provided by Engr in charge for water tank staging including cutting, drilling, fabrication etc to required length and connected works, without connecting plates, conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250)quality-A, including welding or screwing with nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A,etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour preparation of new steel surfaces of any description,over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a cost of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & installation and testing of FRP/GRP water storage overhead panelled water tank of capacity 24000 litres as oer IS 14399 : 1966 amd material to be confirming as per IS 4249 : 1967 with necessary fitting and fixtures. The FRP/GRP water storage tank will be provided at a height of 15 meter on steel structure framed support. Overflow and inlet pipe of 80mm dia to be provided with vent pipe as per specification. Wash and scour pipe of 80mm dia to be provided at the bottom of the tank. Technical specification of FRP/GRP panel water tank will be as following:- (a)(i) Roof Panel size-1000x1000x8mm, (ii) Side panels - 1000x1000x8mm, (iii) Bottom panels-Convex shape 1000x1000x8mm, (iv) Drain panels- 1000x1000x8mm at bottom for complete drain of water. (v) Manhole Panel dia - 700mm lockable lid of hot pressed moulded made out of SMC. (b) Fasteners utillised for panel joints of bolts nuts should be M12x40mm and M12x45mm. (c) Air vent dia 50/100mm with mosquito proof mesh to be provided. (d) Internal FRP ladder with wall moulding arrangement inside. (e) External MS ladder with complete fixing arrangements outside.

Materials and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for footpath/ hardstanding finished complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for chequered cement concrete, coloured tiles,textured finished of size 250 x 250 x 22 mm/300 x 300 x 22 mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment in floors to match with colour of tiles, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
