SPLY&FILG SAND — pply and filling river sand conforming to Zone-II &Zone-III as per IS:383 from NGL to FGL in sheds area, etcor as directed by EIC, a anged from River or stream bedoutside premises including all excavation, transportation,labour, royalty etc. at the river bed/sand q rry, fillingin HPCL premises in loose layers not exceeding 200 mm andcompacting with Vibratory Roller and Plate vibrator (forthose p tions where vibratory roller cannot be used) so asto achieve 85% of relative density (by sand replacementmethod) or 95-98% compactio by Proctor Density Methodincluding dressing up the surface, removal of organicmaterials and watering & job shall be carried out as p attached technical specifications and as per directions ofEIC all complete. The quoted rate shall include conductinginitial laborato tests on samples and consequent in-siturelative density test as per IS:2720 Part- XIV/OMC tests atevery 75 sqm of area in each laye of filling (moisturecontent of sand shall be kept below 8%). SPLY&LAYG RUBBLE SOL — oviding and laying 200 mm thick or specified thicknessdry trap rubble stone soling including hand packing,filling the interstices wi chips, spalls and binding withgrit and selected murrum/machine sand, watering, compactionby hand ramming and rolling with 1 MT hand oller/platecompactor etc. and job to be completed as per attached“standard specifications for soling”.

SPLY&LAYG OF GSB — oviding, laying, spreading, and compacting graded stoneaggregate Granular Sub Base over subgrade, aggregategradation shall be as per able No 400 - 1 of Grading 1 ofMORTH specifications including transportation of materialto site, laying in uniform layers with well- eparedsurface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the98% MDD complete in all respect. Same shall be laid inlayers of 100 m thickness each (adhering to the approveddesign and drawings). Rate to include preparation ofexisting subgrade surface to the prope line and level andcompacted as directed by Site in charge.
