Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides andramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed All kinds of soil : 6" x 6" x 545 '

ii. Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings excluding trenching and refilling etc. (external work) 20 mm dia. nominal bore (Medium) 545'

iv. Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing Tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete 25 to 40 mm nominal bore

v. Providing and laying S&S C.I. standard specials such as tees, bends, collars, tapers, caps etc (Heavy class) Up to 300 mm dia.

B. Construction of compost pit at Sarga Nursery:- i. Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :12x10x4

ii. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

iii. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size

iv. CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

v. Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

vi. Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.50 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

vii. Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work fors Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string course fillets, kerbs and steps etc

C. Construction of main entry gate at Sarga Nursery:- i. Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides andramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed All kinds of soil :1'6" x 1'6" x2'6"

ii. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

iii. Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Welded

Construction of Pucca Path at Sarga Nursery:- i. Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

ii. Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth,leadupto50meterand lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil

iii. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

iv. Chequerred terrazzo tiles 22mm thick with graded marble chips of size upto 6mm in floors, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, polishing and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) . Ordinary cement without any pigment

D. Repair/renovation of water storage tank at Sarga Nursery:- i. Demolishing brick work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:In cement mortar

ii. Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in : Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

iii. CEMENT PLASTER (IN FINE SAND) 12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

E. Repair/renovation of Mali Hut at Sarga Nursery:- i. Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

ii. Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

iii. Painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture on old work (one or more coats)

iv. Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work

v. Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints

vi. Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Dark shade using ordinary cement.

Providing and fixing of 1 No wooden ladder and 1 No Sign Board of size 3'x5' with 1mm thick M.S.Sheet with 7 feedt steel legs including painting and writing s per approved / prescribed specification and design etc. Atleast every 4th fence post along straight line and every fence post at the corner be fixed in a cement concrete block of size 1'x1'x1'-6" in ration of 1 1:3:6 of specified grade.

H. DRSM Work at Sarga Nursery:- Cost and carriage of stones, preparation of foundation for Dangas, Construction of retaining walls in Dry Rubble Stone Massonary at desired height and width. numbering and Preparation of sign board including writing with green and white paint. The item includes all kind of carriages.

I. iii. Providing and laying in Position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work up to plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement :2 Coarse sand :4 Graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ). The item includes all kinds of carriages.
