Taking out window type air conditioner of capacity upto 1.5/2 TR of any make/type after disconnecting of electric supply and removing dust by using blower and cleaning the condenser coils and components by using water and caustic soda, checking and replacing the spares like relay, capacitors, thermostat, fan motor, blades & blower and including servicing,overhauling and charging of refrigerant and testing including fixing back in its original location complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out split type air conditioner (both indoor and outdoor units) of capacity upto 1.5/2 TR of any make/type after disconnecting refrigerant pipes, drain pipe and electric connection and removing dust by using blower and cleaning the condenser coils and components by using water and caustic soda, checking and replacing the spares like relay, capacitors, thermostat, fan motor, blades & blower and including servicing, overhauling and connecting of refrigerant pipe,drain pipe and charging of refrigerant and testing including fixing back in its original location complete all as specified and directed. NOTE FOR ITEM NOS. 3 & 4 (i) Spares will be measured and paid separately as supply only. (ii) Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Replacement of corroded body base tray & connected portion of window type AC upto 2 Ton capacity (base tray made out of M S Sheet 18 Gauge and other portion with MS sheet 20 Gauge) including motor mounting frame, nuts/bolts of suitable size and spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer including replacement of damaged insulation etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : For replacement of the body, cost of dismantling of compressor etc including reassembling and gas charging etc as required at site shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking out corroded body & frame of water cooler of 40/80 Litres storage capacity and replacement with new angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm and cooler body with MS/CRCA sheet of 20 gauge, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat or red oxide primer by spray painting, including reassembleing & refixing of all parts etc complete all as specified and directed .

Pumping down the plant to preserve the existing in refrigerant gas & leak testing of entire AC plant capacity 3 x 11TR / 3 x 26TR by charging of nitrogen gas in to entire plant & monitoring for 24hrs to find the leakages, rectification of leak by brazing & replacement of necessary gasket packing wherever required including copper tubes of suitable size vacumising of the plant by vacum pump & keeping 24hrs for pressure testing including rectification of leakages if any finally recharging of existing refrigerant gas to the plant and topping up of refrigerant if required to maintain the standard pressure complete testing of the plant for smooth functioning complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Manual rescue and operation rescue of Electric supply installations round the clock in three shifts each shift 8 hrs (Shifts : 1st shift : 0600 to 1400 hrs, 2nd shift : 1400 to 2200 hrs, 3rd shift : 2200 to 0600 hrs) including Sunday & holiday by employing one skilled Electrician (having knowledge of HT VCB, Transformers, APFC & LT Panels) in each shift at Main Receiving Station at INS Hamla including operating HT & LT panels, carrying out break down maintenance in transformer, HT,LT Panels cables etc, daily cleaning and upkeep of surrounding area of installation and Maintaning record of daily Break Down & maintenace, Monitoring & Recording of parameters such as Voltage, Current, PF etc Power factor at MRS, at INS Hamla all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (a) All the T&P required for the Manual rescue & Operation rescue of installations shall be provided by the contractor and cost of the same is inclusive of quoted rate (b) Materials required for upkeep of installations such as rooms, dusty cloth for cleaning of plants, buckets, etc shall be always available at the installations for use and shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (c) The Contractor should prepare duty chart on monthly basis and shall be got approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (d) Attendance register shall be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge on Daily basis. (e) In case any operator is missing or absent from duty, a penalty of Rs 2000/- per technician shall be recovered from contractor and Engineer-in-Charge decision shall be final and binding on this account. (f) To provide uniform, tools & plants, safety means like glove etc to the employees and also alternative employee (reliever) for Manual rescue and operation rescue of Installation so that the other employees can avail the facility of weekly leave etc. (g) To keep the installation & allied area in clean and tidy condition during the operation period. (h) To carryout the routine maintenance, minor repairs, oiling, greasing and to rectify the minor defects to keep the plants / Installation in serviceable condition all as directed by the GE and Engineer-in-Charge. However, the major repairs, replacements, overhauling, topping-up oil etc are not included in the scope of the above items. (j) To keep necessary documentation duly signed by all the concerned. (k) To hand over the entire substaion E/M machenaries in serviceable condition at the time of completion. (l) To keep first aid kit in all duty sub station.
