Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs .

Demolition Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering including sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc

M&L for providing plain cement concrete, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in roof kerbs, padding, Gola, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick rendering on concrete surface of roof with cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only water proofing compound.

M&L for roof treatment with polymeric membrance (APP based) with non woven polyster mat as reinforcement with following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the new plastered surface and providing & laying a coat of cold applied bitumen 85/25 based primer on entire surface @ 0.30 Ltr/Sqm on dry and clean surface. (b) M&L for providing & laying APP based polymeric membrane of 4 mm thickness of weight of 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyster fibre as reinforcement on primed surface by torch application with 15 cm end over laps & 10 cm side over laps (overlaps to be thermo fused by flame) and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 0.70 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the OEM or their authorised applicator only. Contractor will submit MoU with the authorised applicator and shall be approved by GE before commencement of work. OEM shall provide warranty of 05 five years for the waterproofing work. 2. Bitumen primer, bitumen and membrane shall be of same make / manufacturer. 3. The APP Membrane to be inserted in the parapet wall/wall by cutting chases of atleast 65mm X 50mm size& making good in CM 1:3.

Supply and fixing Heat Resistant Terrace Tiles (300 mm x 300 mm x 20 mm) with SRI (solar refractive index) > 78, solar reflection > 0.70 and initial emittance > 0.75 on waterproof and sloped surface of terrace, laid on 20 mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and grouting the joints with mix of white cement & marble powder in ratio of 1:1, including rubbing and polishing of the surface upto 3 cuts complete, including providing skirting upto 150 mm height along the parapet walls in the same mannerM & L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick, m a c h i n e pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 20 mm th screed bedding layer of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

M & L for brick work with sub-class B brick straight or curved on plan built in cement mortar 1 : 6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.
