Scope of Work
Deputation of team for dismentling of 450 mm butterfly valve/ Main Inlet Valve (MIV) of UNIT-III along with transpotation of complete MIV to the factory of contractor.
Fabrication of driving end side MIV shaft of length 265 mm and 55 mm in diameter by means of machining, turning grinding and buffering to the standard profile (as per sample) of MIV of UNIT-III for 4x375 KW Rukti HEP. (As per sample). ** Material for guide vanes should be SS:410.
Fabrication of non-driving end side MIV shaft of length 140 mm and 55 mm in diameter by means of machining, turning grinding and buffering to the standard profile (as per sample) of MIV of UNIT-III for 4x375 KW Rukti HEP. (As per sample). ** Material for guide vanes should be SS:410.
Fabrication of driving end side bronze bus of of dia. 55 mm in ID as per by means of machining, turning grinding and buffering to the standard profile (as per sample) of MIV. 2 Nos. Cup seal and pressing ring will be also fabricated as per sample. ** Material for guide vanes should be Phosphorius bronze.
Fabrication of Non- driving end side bronze bus of of dia. 55 mm in ID as per by means of machining, turning grinding and buffering to the standard profile (as per sample) of MIV. 2 Nos Cup seal and pressing ring will be also fabricated as per sample. ** Material for guide vanes should be Phosphorius bronze.
Repair and replacement of MIV rubber seal of superior quality along with rebuliding of eroded part of circumfrance by means of weld deposit of SS 410 material, maching, turning of MIV seal rest part. Painting of the all parts of MIV will be done.
After repair of complete MIV of and its accessories, the complete MIV will be assemled in the factory of contractor and testing of MIV will be done on 12 bar pressure along with inspection of EIC.
After inspection, the MIV will be transportated by the contractor to the Rukti HEP and thereafter team will be deputed by the contractor to assemble the MIV complete in all respect as per the direction and entire satisfaction of EIC.
