Providing and laying slurry seal consisting of a mixture of fine aggregates, portland cement filler, bituminous emulsion and water on a road surface including cleaning of surface, mixing of slurry seal in a suitable mobile plant, laying and compacting to provide even riding surface

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects

P/L of hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflecto rising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass breads as per IRC 35.The finished surface to be level uniform & free from streaks and hole. in edges and center line.

Thermoplastic Repeted Bar marking is a softer treatment to reduce the speed. One set of bar marking (refer TM 08) comprises of 6 bars of 300 mm wide. Each strip of thermoplastic strip shall be of 5 mm high and shall be set applied across the full width of the carriageway.
