TERM CONTRACTS FOR ARTIFICER WORKS AT AFS BEGUMPET UNDER GE (AF) HAKIMPET

To perform under term contract such services and execute such works on the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the "MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I Specification and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II Rates together with errata/amendments as applicable and upon the conditions contained in tender documents, as may be demanded, and as are enumerated in the aforesaid Standard Schedule of Rates during the period of one year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates OR At such other rates as may be fixed under the provision of condition 62 of "General conditions of contracts (IAFW-2249)"1989 print with errata/amendments as applicable.

(iv) Contractor's special attention is invited to condition "4 (A) WORKS TO BE CARRIED OUT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTORS)" and condition "56 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT (APPLICABLE ONLY TO TERM CONTRACTS)" of "General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)". The provision of these conditions of "General Conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249)"are strictly to be followed. (v) It is an express condition of this contract that the amount of total works/services required to be done under this contract can vary to any extant irespective of the amount worked out/mentioned in this BOQ sheet and contractor shall be bound to execute such works/services at the rates contained in MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II duly adjusted by quoted percentage rate during contract period. No claim of the contractor shall be entertained due to increase or decrease in quantum of work required to be done/work done.
