Earlh work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil (vide classification of soil item-A) and disposal of excavated earth as obtained to a distance up to 50M -do- -do- all complete job. (5.1.1 + 5.1.2)

Filling in foundation trenchs and plinth in layers not exceeding 150 m.m. thick within a lead of 50 M and lift 1.5 m. work in excavation in foundation trenches in ordinary soil -do- -do- all complete job. (5.1.7).

Providing course clean sand filling in foundation trenches -do- -do- all complete job as per specification & direction of E/I. (5.1.10)

Providing designation 75B brick flat soling joint filled with local sand -do- -do- all complete job. (5.6.3)

Providing 50mm thick Damp Proof Course with cement concrete M-200 with nominal mix 1:2:4 with approved quality of stone chips of 20mm to 6mm (20mmto 10mm : 10mm to 6mm stone chips 2:1) size graded and clean coarse sand of F.M. 2.5 to 3 including screening, mixing cement concrete in mixer with 5% Cico or any other approved water proofing compound and placing in position, striking, curing taxes and royalty and complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.5.3.5

Supplying Fitting and Fixing 20 gauge G.C.I. sheet gate fitted on M.S.Angle frame of size 60X60X6m.m. including cost of fabrication providing necessary locking arrangement all as per specification and direction of E/I.(5.5.29)

Providing two coats of Oil Bound Distemper of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over old surface including preparing the plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffold (5.8.18)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm) (DSR-13.46.1)
