CONCRETE WORK :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade at all depths including ramming & shuttering etc. complete in a ll respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site En gineer:

1:2:4 [1 cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from n atural sources]

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 [1 cement : 2 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natu ral sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources] laid to proper level & line including provid ing shuttering & applying a coat of residual petroleum bitumen of grade of VG-10 of approved quality using 1.7 Kg per square metre o n damp proof course after cleaning the surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil etc. co mplete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE :

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. workincluding initial straightening of coiled/uncoiled bars, removal of loose rust, cutting, bending to correct size & shape, binding with 18 gauge G.I. wire at each intersection and placing at any position, at any height and depth complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directi on of Site Engineer. : Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more

DESIGN MIX CONCRETE :

"Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, ad mixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workabilit y without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing, curing, carriage for all leads, as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: Note: 1. Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. Supplying and fixing, shop fabricated M.S. steel Electroforged Welded Gratings (Hot dip galvanised as per IS:2629 and tested as per IS:2633 and IS:6745) of approved make with quantity of zinc coating shall not be less than 9.0 N/sqm of surface area (0.12 mm unifor m thickness) over drains, stair treads etc., wherever required with maximum size of void/ mesh in the grating limited to 33 mm x 50 mm including welding/ fixing/ clamping to base frame, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tool s, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing hot dip galvinised barbed line wire through holes in fencing posts (already made in the body of the po st), tightening and fixing the wire in tight condition with straining bolts (straining bolts at end post) including the cost of cutt ing and lapping joints, making holes, straining bolts, galvanised staples, binding wires etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing punched tape concertina spiral coil of 50 turns per coil having core wire of 2.6 mm diameter made of h igh carbon spring steel of high tensile strength as per IS:4454 (Part-I, Grade-II) having minimum galvanising coating thickness equi valent to 230 grams per square metre and low carbon steel strip of 0.5 mm thickness having a series of barbes punched all along the length on both sides of the strip at regular interval as per IS:513, DD quality having minimum galvanising coating thickness of 12 m icrons. Hardness of tape should be between 137-180 VPN (Victor Penetration Number). The coil should be clipped sufficiently at regul ar intervals. The coil should not be stretched for more than 6.0 m length and the minimum diameter of the coil in the closed conditi on should not be less than 600 mm complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per dr awings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying flat brick soling in foundation trench, in floors, garages, sumps, etc., with bricks of class designation 50 la id to proper slope, level and grade etc. filling of the joints with sand etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labo ur, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Glazed Vitrified Tiles (Matt/ Antiskid finish) of specified sizes (thickness to be specified by the Manufacture r) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacture, in all colours and shades, lai d on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 Kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tile s will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, levelling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily :

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wi re or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge :

(2) Providing of necessary covers/ barricades around the work area shall be done prior to dismantling operations] :

INSTRUMENTATION WORKS

"Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) - Control Building Design, detailed engineering, supply, configuration, testing, installation, erection and commissioning of FACP along with SCADA comp atibility, Third party vendor system such as gas detection system .FACP shall be installed in suitable cabinet inside control buildi ng.
