Excavating in Trenches not exc. 1.50 mtr wide and not exc. 1.50 mtr in depth, over areas, getting out as in Soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.50 mtr wide and depth beyond the first 1.5 m, over areas, getting out in soft / loose Soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 250mm in soft / loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above the starting point in soil, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40mm dia galvanised iron pipe with all fittings laid in trench, "medium grade" for mechanical protection of earth strip of chemical earthing etc. including taking down unserviceable steel tubing of any grade with connections and removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20mm bore (dia) galvanised Iron watering pipe "light grade", with all fittings including taking down unserviceable steel tubing with connections incl refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of earthing funnel / wire mesh and nut bolt etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for salt around the earthing plate in layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for charcoal around the earthing plate in layer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 4 mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 32 x 6 mm size galvanised steel strip of complete with insulators and fixing with screws for fixing the strip on wall / roof including taking down unserviceable strip in any position and situation complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 25mm x 3mm size aluminium strip as earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed..

S & F in repair 20mm x 3mm copper strip as earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&F for earthing PCC Pit in plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC Cover of size 450X450X50mm in RCC 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways including demolation and removing broken RCC cover in existing at site complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair galvanised iron plate 600x600x6 mm after taking out old unserviceable GI plate and refixing the same at orginal position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate of exavation, returing filling and removing etc. shall be measured and paid saperately under relevant items in this schedule.

S&F in repair copper plate 600x600x3mm after taking out old unserviceable copper plate and refixing the same at orginal position complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate of exavation, returing filling and removing etc. shall be measured and paid saperately under relevant items in this schedule.

M&L for in repair BFC (Conductolite) (25 Kgs) back fill compound bag complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate of exavation, returing filling, etc shall be measured and paid saperately

M&L for in repair magnesium sulphate (25 Kgs) / earthing compound bag complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate of exavation, returing filling, etc shall be measured and paid saperately

S&F in repair 12mm dia and 300mm long air termination (copper rod), single pointed after taking down old unserviceable air termination rod complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chemical earthing electrode advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintanance free pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (zinc & Alloy Coated), zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc (99.9%) and alloy coating (200-250) microns, earthing system confirming IS 3034. The outer & inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9 mm dia ( dimention may vary + 1mm) , 3Mtr length,zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional corrosion protection of the terminal complete. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level connected to galvanise iron wire 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers made out of galvanised iron mild steel and 32 mm dia GI pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead and connected to test point or as directed including Pit in Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) and RCC Cover of size 450X450X50mm in RCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT Bars @ 100mm centre to centre both ways, Galvanised Iron Wire Mesh, Funnel, Galvanised Iron Watering Pipe 20mm bore (dia) Medium Grade, including necessary Excavation in Soft/ Loose Soil, returning, filling in and removal of surplus Soil upto a distance of 50.00 mtr and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I and testing on completion, including taking down old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed.

The outer & inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9 mm dia ( dimention may vary + 1mm) , 3Mtr length,zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional corrosion protection of the terminal. the annular space between the pipes being filled up with COMPACT FILL (CF) (crystalline conductive compound). the compact fill (CF) misture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. the inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity, the job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrodite/conductolite back fill compound (Ground Enhancer), the BFC should be eco friendly, it should not contain environmentally hazardous material/metal having RoHS certification from NABL accredited lab. Good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with bfc 3 bags (25 KG each). including PCC pit in cement concreate,1:3:6 ( 20mm graded stone aggregated) and RCC Cover of size 450 x 450 x 50 mm in RCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregated) reinforced with and including 8.0mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm center to centre both ways including taking down unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 23, 24 & 25 :- Earthing should be carried out as pre IS-3043-1987 code of practice for earthing. Note for item No. 23, 24 & 25 :- All GI strip for earthing should be joint by welding process and all copper strip should be joint by arc welding process and the rates for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above items and no extra payment shall be made for the same. Note for item No. 23, 24, 25 & 26 :- In bad / adverse soil conditions ( rocky, sandy, hard soil & morum) the earth shall be transported form another place to site and the rate for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above items and no extra payment shall be made for the same Note for item No. 23, 24, 25 & 26 :- After installation of earthing testing shall be done to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge and proper record of the same shall be presented with the bill.

S & F Thermoplastic weather proof empty box (IP 65) of size 300mm x 150mm x 170 mm, fixed on wall with provision of nuts, bolts, washer etc. including fixing of test point terminal block inside the box made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25 mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia, 25mm long hexagonal head screw after taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
