Note for item no 01 to 11: (i) The contractor shall provide 02 years OEM warranty of each UPS & 04 ( four) years replacement OEM warranty of each Battery and period shall be counted from the next day of actual date of completion of work. An appropriate sum equal to 2% of the quoted amount for these Items shall be furnished by the contractor as fixed deposite receipt/BGB and same shall be released only after successful completion of guarantee period. (ii) Contractor shall produce certificate from "National Test House" stating that product meets the customer specifications.

Material and labour in replacement of Sub main wiring with 4 run of 16 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked, drawn in and including cutting and chasing,and also PVC conduit suitable dia as per SSR part-I with medium grade including 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS, PVC insulated, unsheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked as earth wire, connected with thimble from main DB to sub main DB complete all as directed. Note : 1. The two run of 4 Sqmm wire, one run of 16 Sqmm wire and 1 run of PVC conduit will be measured as one unit.

All as per item no. 13 above but with 2 run of 16.0 sq mm FRLS copper wire with 10.0 Sqmm FRLS copper cable as earth wire.

All as per item no. 13 above but with 4 run of 10.0 sq mm FRLS copper wire with 10.0 Sqmm FRLS copper cable as earth wire.

All as per item no. 13 above but with 2 run of 10.0 sq mm FRLS copper wire with 10.0 Sqmm FRLS copper cable as earth wire.

S&F in replacement Distribution Board double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, flushed mounting, SPN 4 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 100 Amps dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc and making all necessary connections, incl cutting & chasing and making good the surface as per existing complete all as directed. ote: MCBs shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing of MCB 'C' curve type, 10 kA, 20-63 Amp, TPN, 10 KA with over load and short circuit protection complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement MCCB Incomer distribution board double door vertical type made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating, TPN 6 way, 415 volts with copper bus bar rating 250 Amps for each phase, dust and vermin proof and IP 43, IK-09 protection for provision of MCCB, MCBs as required at site including necessary cutting chasing and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L for Disconnecting all cable connections, from Unservicable UPS and Battery Bank, taking out the complete cable connections from terminal box/ by removing all nuts/bolts/gasket etc. of any size and capacity of UPS and deposite to MES store/ Yard from site complete UPS with Battery Bank all as per directed by Eng- In - Charge.Note: All site avaiablle around 500 Mtr radius from site.

Taking down carefully unserviceable sub main single phase wiring (03 Run) complete wiring including conduit/casing N Capping etc complete.

Taking down unserviceable DBs any type / size carefully disconnecting and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable MCB & MCCB of any type & capacity
