Earth work in excavation for all type of road structures such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classifications of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/ wedging out of rock ( where blasting is prohibated ) as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 305.1,1104 and 1606.1 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge Including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and diposal upto all laeds and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150 mm (One hundred fifty milimetres) compacted thickness including shorting and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge and including carriage of materials within all lead and lifts.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work) for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil complete as per H.P.PWD. Specifications incluing carriage of materaals in all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Consolidation of sub-grade with power road roller including making the undulation etc. with earth or quarry soil etc. and re-rolling the sub-grade complete as per H.P.PWD specification including carriage of materials with in all leads and lift and as per the direction by the Engineer-In- charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. By Mechanical Means including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 63mm to 45mm(sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) grading- II 75 mm (seventy five millimtre) Consolidating thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening type -B of size 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimtre) nominal size at the rate 0.20 cum.(Zero point twenty cubic metre) and binding materials at the rate 0.06cum. (zero point zero six cubic metre) per 10 square metre (ten) and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading-II as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405. By mechanical means and as per entire satisfection direction by the Engineer-In-Charge. including carriage of materials all leads and lifts.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes 55 mm to 22.4mm(fifty three millimetre to twenty point four millimetre) grading- III 75 mm (seventy five millimtre) Consolidating thick to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN (Eigty to one hundred) static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening type -B of size 11.2 mm (eleven point two millimtre) nominal size at the rate 0.18 cum.(Zero point eighteen cubic metre) per 10 square metre (ten) and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density-III as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 405.By mechnical means and as per intire satispection direction by the Engineer-In-Charge. including carriage of materials all leads and lifts

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared sufaces of granular base including cleaning the road suface hydrolic broom and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 kg /sqm (Zero point eight five ) using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 (Five hundred two) ncluding carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275( Zero point two seven five kilogram ) per square metre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per MORD techanical specification Clause 503 ( Five hundred three) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 508. By Mechanical Means (i) Bitumen (S-90) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (i) Bitumen (S-90) including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-In- Charge. By Mechanical Means

Providing and laying plain cement concrete grade- M-l0 (Ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 ( One cement: Three sand :six graded crushed stone 20 mm (twenty millimeters nominal size) concrete for plain/ reinforced concrete in in open foundations curing complete including form work as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203. including carriag of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.
