Supply and fixing in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600x600 x6.0mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI strip of size 32X6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown on Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009, connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. The quoted unit rate shall include the following elements as given below :- (a) Earth electrode as mentioned above (b) Main earthing lead of 32X6 mm GI strip from earth electrode to test point up to 7.5 mtrs. (c) Connecting earthing lead and electrode all as specified and testing complete. (d) Adequate quantity of charcoal and salt (e) GI protection pipe of 40 mm dia light grade of length not less than 5.00 mtrs. (f) Necessary excavation, earth work and PCC pit , angle iron 40x40x6mm frame including RCC cover.

Material and labour for repairing existing LT Panel doors of front , back and internal sheets complete with new locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any part/spare found defective such as packing, nuts bolts,hinges & (welding machine works) etc shall be repaired/replaced which cost shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.

Material and labour for preparing old painted surface of panel board by cleaning removing of old paint by scratching with wire brush / sand paper etc and including denting of broken / rusted surface and applied two coat of synthetic surface enamel paint by spray painting outside surface of panel as existing colour of panel all as specified and directed.

Excavates and relaying cables loops near the poles LT Panels transformers, cutting the damages/burnt parts of cable and reconnecting its into positions complete with thimbles, nut bolts, sleaves all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement 70sqmm HT 11KV single core heavy duty insulated cable from top disc insulator to GOD and disc to disc in any lenth with complete nuts & thimbles all as required at site.

Material & labour for cleaning away all grass vegetation, scapling shrubs bushes under grouth roots and trees not exceding 30 cm grith and removing rubbish upto distance of 50 mtr out the periphery of area under cleaness complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing 20mm broken stone aggregate including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying & fixing in replacement double wall corrugated (DWC) pipes made of high density polythyline (HDPE) with all accessories i.e. all type of joints, Sockets, Elbows, bends and End caps etc. all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge of size 50mm outer dia and 38mm inner dia

Supply and spraying anti vegetation chemical liquid of 1ltrs bottle mixed with water as per direction of Engr in charge .

Taking out existing gravels/hardcore material from the bottom of substn/equipment completely for cleaning and spraying of anti grass chemical and screnning the hardcore material and refill the same at places complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:- Anti Grass chemical and loose filling of aggregate for topping up will be measured and paid separetly respective item of BOQ.

Taking out carefully manually by excavation of existing LT/HT cable with loops and relaying with DWC pipe the same after repair of cutting the damages / burnt parts of cable and reconnecting its into original positions complete with cable joints all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:-(i) HT/LT Cable Joint & DWC Pipe will be measured and paid sepearetly. (ii) Unit rate shall be included in excavation and returning filling.

Prunning of trees of over head HT/LT lines by taking proper shutdown & removing the same from site upto a distance of 50 mtr all as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of stay assembly comprising of 7/2.50mm galvanized MS stay wire of reqd length, fixed to poles with and including of FI clamps made out of FI 40x6mm and nuts bolts washers of suitable size MS stay bow 14mm dia galvanized 40cm long MS galvanised stay rod threaded with nut 16mm dia 21 Cm long with washers MS stay plate galvanized 230x30x6mm incl necessary Excavation and PCC all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge

Supply & Install in replacement factory made outdoor type dust and vermin proof(IP 54 protection) feeder Pillar LT Panel board cubicle double door hinged type of suitable size 415V AC, 50Hz, fabricated of GP/CRCA sheet 3 mm thick machine pressed and angle iron frame 50mm X 50mm X 6mm grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type BI (20mm grade stone aggregated) powder coated in Nine Tank process inside and outside complete including 4 Pole aluminum Bus Bar of suitable size mounted on porcelain insulator ,concealed hinged door with 3Positioning door locking arrangement and enclosed in chamber made out of 2mm sheet thick GP/ CRCA sheet machine pressed and connection from incoming and outgoing electric cable with suitable size thimbles/lugs cable gland with open able shutters on both side and comprising of following

Material & labour for painting of PCC poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black and white strip 30 cm wide each up to 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of primer including numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 2 Pole structure complete painting to mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, back plate etc fixed on HT Poles any height with providing two coats of aluminium paint over a coat one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- One 2 pole mild steel struture complete on HT PCC pole steel members fixed thereon shall be considered as 'One Unit'.

M&L for testing of faulty LT cable by using LT voltage fault locating machine and finding the fault and to be repaired the same including all T&P as required on site complete all as directed. Note :- (a) Each job includes finding out the location of each fault in LT feeder. (b) Necessary excavation,returning filling and removal deemed included in this job.(c) LT straight Joint and additional LT cable if required it will be measured and paid separetly under respective item of this BOQ.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT underground cable XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core laid in duct / trench/along pole etc including making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Opening up the top cover of the transformer by taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting/ taking out the HT/LT side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the transformer of any type/ description (indoor/outdoor type ) installed on floor/pole for carrying out necessary repair/rewinding to HT/LT side or any other repair as required after shifting the transformer to contractor's work shop including taking out complete core assembly, Magger the winding for identifying the fault/defective winding, seggregating the defective winding portion/taking out, cleaning the laminated core rewinding with appropriate gauge winding wire of existing description for transformer of capacity 200 to 315 KVA including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Winding of coil and spares required as per repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) The transpotation charges and taking down/taking up of transformer are inclusive in the quoted rates. (iii) The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if reqd shall be measured & paid separately. (iv) The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape , latheroid sheet , casl sheet etc are inclusive in the quoted rate. (v) Transformer shall be returned duly repaired within 05 days failing a penal recovery (Lump Sum) of Rs 5000/- shall be made from contractor's dues.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, HT coils made out of super enameled double paper coated (DPC) HT copper winding wire of transformers, capacity 200 to 315 KVA, coils to be repalced as per existing number of turns, gauge, insulation value matching with manufactures design complete all as specified.

Supply and replacement of LT coils made out of super enameled LT copper strip of trasformer capacity 200 to 315 KVA(Note coil to be replaced shallhave same number of turns,gauge,insulation value matching with manufactures design

Supply and replacement HT 11 KV bush rod suitable for indoor / outdoor type 200 to 315 KVA transformer complete with brass stud, brass nuts, brass cup and packing gasket complete all as spd and directed.

Supply and replacement brass stud for LT side suitable for transformers 200 to 315 KVA.

Supply and replacement temperature gauge 0-100 degree Celsius range round type complete all as specified and directed.

Rubbing/scratching old paint of transformer of capacity 200 to 315 KVA, through cleaning with kerosene oil and providing two coats of metallic paint including writing MES No on Transformer body with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning, dehydration/ reconditioning of transformer oil different location by dehydration plant including testing as per IS Specification and result not less than 40 KV at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Shifting of transformer from one place to other place within the cantt area including disconnecting and reconnecting all connection any time any capacity all as directed by Engr in charge.

Taking out and transporting defective transformer pole mounted/rested on platform for repairs after disconnecting from both HT/LT network and shifting to workshop from NAMS area Sub Stn for repairs of cap 200 to 315 KVA. (Complete manpower and necessary transport/T & P shall be contractors own arrangement at no extra cost) complete all as specified and directed.

Transporting and Re-installation only of repaired transformer of capacity 200 to 315 KVA at NAMS area including necessary connections with HT/LT net work. (complete manpower and necessary transport/T & P shall be contractors own arrangement at no extra cost complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of drilling machine without damaging the road horizontally for road crossing GI tubing of any size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made, class HV, type I, flat of size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation of poles, stay, cable, pipes etc and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material & labour for painting to mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, back plate etc fixed on HT/LT Poles any height with providing two coats of aluminium paint over a coat one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Steel members fixed on single HT/LT pole shall be considered as 'One Unit'.
