Dragging of 120 Meters, Turning & Loading of the transformer and its accessories on Trailer & Transportation (including Transit Insurance) from Deoghar to firm's works and Unloading at Firm's works

Complete dismantling of the core & coll assembly, removal of top yoke Lamination, disconnection of all main leads and tapping leads, removal of all the windings, Dismantling of the total core lamination

Manufacturing of new HV, LV & Tap Windings for all the 3-phases using new copper and new insulation Material. Replacement of entire Insulation Material such as inter winding, winding to core and winding to frame.

Complete replacement of core to frame insulation, clamping of core and binding of core by resi-glass fiber bound tape, Assembly of windings over the core, re-fixing of top Yoke lamination and re- fixing of top frame with Yoke bands & Process in Vapour Phase Drying (VPD). Complete change of Gasket set and hardware.

New oil 25% considered as loss of oil due to dismantling and internal Inspections

Complete Overhauling of On load Tap Changer (OLTC)

Routine tests, Transformer as per standards, low voltage testing is to be done before dismantling and after re-assembly of transformer

Loading of the Transformer and its accessories and Equipment on the Trailer at the works & Transportation (i/c Transit insurance) to Deoghar 132/33kV Sub-Station, and Unloading and 120 Meters dragging, Turning placing of Transformer on Plinth at Site.
