Execution of ERS (Emergency Restoration System) work for diversion of 132 KV Obra Hydel- Dalla Transmission line under ETD-Robertsganj. The job includes the following works.
ERS material transportation from 220 KV Substation Phoolpur store prayagraj to work site at 132 KV Obra-Dalla Line (250 Km approx) ERS Tower erection complete in all respects with material at site and returning at 220 KV Subsation Phoolpur store.
Stringing of 3 Phase conductor in between Towers at loc no. 08 & Loc. No. 16 of 132 kv obra-Dalla line through erected ERS towers to complete the job. The route length of ERS arrangement will be approx 4 Km. Destringing of all 3 Phase conductors after restoration of main transmission line through newly constructed 132 kv Obra-Dalla Diversion Line.
Carriage of ACSR Panther conductor (7.5 km) from 132 KV S/S Myorpur to actual site at ERS erection centre at 132 KV Obra Dalla -Diversion line (distance 120 km up and down) and after destringing carriage the same conductor in drums after rerolling in drums (provided by department ) to 132 kv s/s Myorpur and carriage of ACSR panther conductor (5 km) from 132 kv s/s Dalla to ERS erection centre 132 KV Obra -Dalla line and after destringing rolling of the same in the conductor drum (provided by the department) and carriage back to 132 KV S/S Dalla (distance 20 km up and down).Work includes loading and unloading by hydra and other T&P.
Cost of insurance of material (40 ERS Towers) of transit from Phulpur, Prayagraj to 132 KV Obra hydel-Dalla Diversion site. Note:- Cost of insurance to contractor will be provided by department as actual expenditure.
Patrolling of line and attending of fault of ERS Towers Line (4 km approx) between loc no. 08 and loc. No. 16 of 132 kv obra hydel-Dalla line by highly skilled persons (4 skilled man ,2 unskilled ) to avoid any trippings, break downs with vehicle ( with fuel and driver and other expenditures ) along with T&P.
Cutting/lopping chopping of tree branches during erection of ERS Towers for bypass of 132 kv Obra hydel-Dalla Line from tower no. 08 to tower no. 16 with safety.
