Providing and laying of GI pipes complete with cost of G.I pipes/fittings/gate valves/ sluice valve / flow meter on R/main & G/main / distribution system / all types of pipe specials & installation of tap connection as per site requirement including carriage.

Civil Work

Construction of Pump room of size 7.95 mtr x 3.70 mtrs interal size with 02 Doors and 03 Windows in Standard brick masonary with wall thickness 9" complete with earthwork in excavation 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm on plan, standard mud mat 0.20 mtrs thick with foundation in 1:4:8 mix cement conc. topped by damp proof course 50mm thick in 1:2:4 mix and brick wrok FPS of class desgination 75 and RCC Slab/Beams/Lintels in 1:1½:3 mix with 20mm nominal size stoine agg. inclusive of 15mm thick cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick work in 1:4 mix, complete with plint protection, centering, shuttering, finishing with water proof paint with MS Steel sliding shutters all as per specification and drawing to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-in-charge as per established practices and specifications). Shifting of machinery and allied material after making the approach road as per requirement at site, erection / placement of Rig Machine after leveling & erection of mast at the site of work. (Turn key Basis)

Deep drilling of 200 mm dia bore well below ground level or till sufficient aquafier Zone/discharge is encountered by using ODEX Method of drilling including simultaneously driving of 200 mm dia ERW casing pipe and providing fixing of casing drive shoe. 02 nos (Turn key Basis)

Cost of ERW M.S. Casing Pipe 200mm dia.X 7.1 mm( Prakash Surya/ jindal pipes) 100 mtr. (to be charged as per actual)

Development of Tube well by Air Compressor of adequate capacity for 80 hrs or till the clear potable water free from sand and other impurities is obtained (To be charged as per actual).

Stabilization/Testing of mini tube well by way over pumping using vertical turbine / submersible pump set till the clear potable drinking water is achieved during the yield test.

Extraction of ERW 200 mm dia MS casing pipe (to be charged as per actual)

Construction of Chain link fencing around various civil structures with angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm for vertical posts and 40mm x 40mm x 6mm for Top and Bottom members embeded in cement concrete block 1:2:4 concrete mix of size 2.0x2.0x2.5 ft at 6 ft C/C for a length of 71 Mtrs with standard gaze and mesh aperture including gates mounted on iron posts at 03 places. (Turn key basis)

Construction of Anchor Blocks of size 1.0x1.0x1.0 mtrs in cement concrete 1:3:6 mix with 20% boulders, embedded 0.50 mtrs in ground including excavation, centering shuttering, sturtting, propering etc., all complete inclusive all carriage of material. (Turn key basis)

Construction of protection works by laying knitted wire crate of 6x1.5x1.5 gauge by earth work in excavation by manual means to the desired depth, hand packing stones in wire crates incl. cost of stones and wires crates, stones to the supplied separately after deducting for voids incl. carriage by MT and HL at spots. All as per direction of the Engineer incharge in single layer / multilayer as per side conditions. (Turn key basis) (40 Nos crates)

Construction of 50000 Glns Cap GSR round in shape with internal diameter of 8.00 mtrs and dome height of 7.30 mtrs from gsr bed inclusive of free board and dome curvature and trench depth of 1.80 mtrs below ground level in all kinds of soil inclusive of trench excavation by manual means with required cement concrete shall confurmed to relevant IS code pertainting to water retaining structure in bed slab and gola, beams, slabs, bome, walls etc. with standard spacifications of brick mat, plinth protection, valve pit, drain etc. with standard specifications of mud mat, plinth protection etc complete with reinforcement, form work, flooring in 1:2:4 and cement plaster 12mm thick in 1:4 mix complete with admixtures, GP Sheet Strip water seals at construction joints, CI Main hole cover with frame, AC plain bends with access, GI bends 3" dia and interconetteing G.I Pipe 100mm dia laid in trench, fitting, finishing with cement based paint steel built-up sections and carriage of material ( complete job- details specification to be provided at the time of execution by Engineer-In-charge as per established practices and specifications) including water proofing and finishing all complete. (Turn key Basis)
