Note : Prior to commencement of the subject works, the contractor needs to submit valid Electrical License in the name of himself/them self or Agreement with agency having valid Electrical License alongwith Agency's Electrical License to the Accepting Officer for his approval through GE. In absence of such documents, no work will be executed at site and to be treated as defaulter on the Contractor's part . In addition, Supervisor for execution of electrical works employed by the Contractor shall posses Supervisory Certificate of competency issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory and the Worker/Tradesman for execution of Electrical Works must hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Govt/Union Territory.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out/laying of under ground cables/pipes etc n. exc 10 sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5m in depth and getting out and in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) n.exc.50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing sand cushioning with a layer of clean, dry, fine sand for protection of electric cable laid in trenches/ducts, punned down to desired thickness complete all as specified and directed. (Note: For payment purposes only punned down thickness of sand shall be measured as per SSR after punning )

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HP, type 2 with peak, size 450mm x 180mm x 40 mm all as specified & directed.

Relaying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 2 with peak, size 450mm x 180mm x 40 mm all as specified & directed.

Taking out old unserviceable HT cable , any size & type from the trenches of pipe including taking out brick cable protection if required and deposited as directed (Note: Excavation and earth work will be measured & paid separately).

Supply and laying in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (earthed), 120 sq. mm, 3 core in trenches/ on walls/ through duct complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying in trenches old serviceable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (earthed) 150 sq. mm 3 core after thoroughly checking/testing and repair/replacement of jointing kit complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Cable obtained from taking out under serial item No 8.00 will be used. Cable joint kit/material will be measured & paid separately)

Supply and fix as in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories, suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through joint, heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories, suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm complete all as specified.

Taking down/taking out old unserviceable GI pipe any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - Charge.

Supply and laying GI tubing 100 mm bore, light grade for protection of underground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - Charge.

Servicing of VCB by dismantling VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker) by disconnecting its HT cable connection from both sides and 11 KV GOD and segregating/ checking all unserviceable parts, motor etc, reassembling all serviceable parts and also replacing unserviceable parts with the new parts, rewiring of internal circuit with new cable as per existing size, testing, calibration of relays, CT connection, PT alignment, Cleaning, polishing of VCB including final testing after fixing complete all as directed by Engineer -in - Charge. (Note: Spare parts required will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.)

TNC Switch, 25 Amp, operational voltage 660 volts, Utilization Category AC-23/AC-21, as Per IEC 60947-5-1:2003, I.S.13947 Part I & V / Sec. 1:2004 (Make: Kayee/Rishabh/ABB)

Material and Labour for Servicing of Natural Oil Cooled Transformer including taking proper shutdown from HT side and disconnecting all HT and LT cables, checking drain plug and replacing where required, checking oil level indicator and replacing where required, checking of silica gel breathers, cleaning and polishing both site HT & LT bushing and studs, bushing rod, servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points, rectify the oil leakages issues, if noticed any from the entire body of the transformer, cleaning all sludges from main oil tank and conservator tank and removal off the site, manual cleaning the cores and windings from sediments and foreign particles deposited on cores/windings/body, replacing the gaskets and bolts/Nuts as reqd for under mentioned capacities of transformers. Note 1:- Inspection of transformer shall involve:- (a) Checking of all clamps, nuts, bolts including core bolts & cover fixing bolts etc. (b) Checking all brazings, joints, tap heads, gaskets and connection joints. (c) Checking all terminations/ connections inside/outside the transformer. (d) Checking of off load tap changer assembly, checking the moving and fixed contacts for contact wear and connection to winding. (e) Conducting the test on core and windings as per IS like ratio, magnetic imbalance, short circuit, IR Value, High Voltage Test etc. in presence of Engr-in-Charge. Note 2:- The materials used rewinding of primary & secondary coils, Iron Core, bushes studs HT/LT, bushing rod HT/LT, buchholtz relay, Geskets set for servicing will be measured and paid under separate item. Dehydration and topping up of transformer oil will be measured and paid under separate item but must be done at the time of servicing. Other minor spares/materials not mentioned in the schedule viz drain plug, M seal monoplast kit, bolts and nuts materials and tools used for servicing, tools required for cleaning or core/windings, tools required for cutting of gaskets etc deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(a) Transformer 11/0.415 KV of capacity 63 KVA.

(b) Transformer 11/0.415 KV of capacity 315 KVA.

Material and labour in replacement of porcelain vitreous H.T. bushing suitable for distribution transformer of capacity upto 315 KVA complete with copper spindle, checknuts, oil seal, bolts, nuts & washers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement of porcelain vitreous L.T. bushing suitable for distribution transformer of capacity upto 315 KVA complete with copper spindle, checknuts, oil seal, bolts, nuts & washers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only silica gel breather including initial filling with required quantity of silica gel for transformers of 63 and 315 KVA capacities all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour carrying out repairs to transformer of capacity 63 KV to 315 KV after disconnecting HT/LT connections, opening the top cover, draining out transformer oil and preserving in container, replacement of all gaskets, nuts, bolts etc for prevention of leakage, replacement of broken HT/LT bushes complete all as per existing specifications & size, refixing , refilling transformer oil, connecting to the electrical system and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rewinding of primary and secondary winding with existing size of super enamelled copper wire as approved and directed b Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of oil resistant gasket sheet as required during repair all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only in replacement of Oil temperature gauge ranging from 0 to 150 degree C suitable for existing 11/0.433 KV step down transformer of capacity 315 KVA and 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and painting of transformers with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and writing MES No with Capital letters after removing of old paints by paint removing chemicals and mild scrapping for transformers of 315 amd 400 KVA capacities all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dehydration and filtration of transformer oil at site of installation for 11kV, 433 volts step down transformer of any capacity and any make, mounted indoor/outdoor and obtaining di-electric strength minimum 50 kV (r.m.s) with in one minute with 2.5 mm gap with portable filter-cum-dehydration machine complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - Charge.(Note:- Testing of di-electric strength of dehydrated transformer oil of each transformer will be carried out in the presence of concerned Engineer -in - Charge.)

M&L in replacement of old unserviceable transformer oil of di-electric strength not less than 50 KV after drawn out old oil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour providing one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint to LT/HT steel tubular poles, including angle iron cross-arms of channel/angle sections, clamps etc, painting upto 2.0 m height above G.L. as border and re-writing of pole number with synthetic enamel paint complete including necessary preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 10 cm dia 8 mm thick CI cable route indicator HT/LT in round shape, fixed on angle iron post of size 25x25x4mm, 45 cm long complete, embedded in PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 block of size 250x250x250mm , duly marked /engraved HT cable 11 KV / LT cable (HT cable brown colour and LT cable blue colour ), including all necessary excavation , returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Servicing and repair of SERVO stabilizer of capacity 100KVA including repair of variac of each phase ,microprocessor based card of servo, servicing of gear mechanism ,replacement of Ammeter and voltmeter all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for servicing and repair of isolation Transformer of capacity 100 KVA including, microprocessor based card of isolation, servicing of isolation mechanism, replacement of Ammeter and Voltmeter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP 55, 11 metres long including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles/struts/stays complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning in replacement Gang operated air brake switch (GOD), outdoor, tilting type, current rating 200 Amps,11KV, triple pole, complete with square shaft, operating pipe of suitable length for operating mechanism worked from ground level , handle, guide clamp etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : Pactil (Madras)/Southern Switchgear/ Universal/ BHEL/ ELPRO/Rastriya)

Supply and fix Drop Out Fuse Two post insulator per pole complete with FRP fuse Barrel, Channel TYPE, complete set for 3 phase HT 11KV with complete fixing arrangement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping or plinth block of electric poles including necessary form work, to achieve fair finish surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, 11000 volts including taking down all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
