CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD-220) :-

Removing of old unserviceable nylon newar of GI Charpoy and supply and retaping of charpoy with 45/50 mm wide Superior grade light colour nylon newar Make :- USHA completed all as specified and directed by the Engineer- in-charge.

Taking out old broken unserviceable long rail and S&F with new long rails of GI pipe 32mm bore Med grade duly threaded both end to the required size fitted to the frame complete all as specified as shown on drg and all as directed. Make of Pipe:- RAMA, Parkash, Surya

Replacing of 2 Nos short rail of GI Pipe Made out of old long rail retrieved vide ser No 17.02 here-in-before duly threaded both end to require size fitted to the frame complete all as shown on drg and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old broken unserviceable short rails and replacing with 2 Nos Legs made out of old short rail retrieved vide ser No 17.03 here-in-before duly threaded to required size ; fitted to the frame complete all as shown on drg and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable three way elbow from GI pipe by unscrewing and replacing with new three way elbow GI 32mm bore/dia ISI marked complete all as specified as shown on drg and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable GI check nut from the frame by unscrewing and replacing with new check nut GI 32mm bore/dia as per sample kept in BSOs office and as directed.

CHARPOY DOUBLE BUNK (CWE/FD-01/06)

Taking out unserviceable Ply 12 mm thick from the frame of Charpoy and S&F 12mm thick BWR Plywood of approved make and brand. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing unserviceable nut and bolts from charpoy double bunk as per existing size 50 mm long and S&F new nut and bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Materials and labour of one coat of synthetic enamel silver colour paint to steel portion of double bunk charpoy, rest all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE (FD- 230)

Taking down old unserviceable nylon newar form GI charpoy (FD-220) and S & F of 12mm thick ply wood (7 Nos of ply) of size 1980mmx900mm BWR grade or as per ground requirment. Fixing of ply wood on the top of GI charpoy with flat headed bolt. Nut and washers of size 60-65mmx6mm dia shall be done all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge in the way as under :- (a) Two Nos of stiffeners made out of flat iron of size 50mm wide and 6mm thick of length as width of charpoy for support of plywood shall be provided at both the ends of GI stiffeners shall be bent into shape as directed and a hole of 6mm dia shall be made at the both ends with drill machine so as to fix it with long rail of GI charpoy with suitable size of flat headed bolts, nut and double washer having full support to ply wood. GI stiffeners shall have one additional hole of 6mm dia at the centre for fixing ply wood with nut, bolt and washers. Stiffeners shall be panted with two coats of enamelled black paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (b) Drilling of three holes on long rails and two holes on short rails of 6mm dia for fixing plywood.

Taking down old broken/unserviceable long rail of GI charpoy and S&F new long rails made out of GI tubing 32mm dia medium grade ISI marked with both ends threaded as shown on drg and all as directed By Engr-In-Charge.

Cutting existing Unserviceable long rails retrieved from item 19.02 above and converting into short rails as per existing pattern/design duly threaded at both end and fixing the same after taking out old unserviceable short rails all as per drg all as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Cutting existing unserviceable short rails retrieved from item 19.03 above and converting into legs all as per existing pattern/design duly threaded 32mm at one end and fixing the same after taking out old unserviceable legs complete all as per drg all as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable three way GI elbow from GI charpoys by unscrewing and provision of new GI elbows 32mm ISI maked and fixing as per existing pattern/design complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old broken/unserviceable check nuts from GI charpoys by unscrewing and provision of new GI check nut 8mm wide, 32mm dia ISI marked and fixing as per existing pattern/design complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Form with back (FD-77)

Removing of unserviceable planks of seat form with back and S&F of new planks made of 2nd class hard wood of size 1825x255x25mm duly plained and polished complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of unserviceable planks of back rest seat form with back and S&F of new planks made of 2nd class hard wood of size 1500x150x19mm duly plained and polished complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of unserviceable MS square conduit pipe of form with back, supply and fix of new MS square conduit pipe of size 25mm thick where reqd complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Welding per 5 cm of form with back where as required complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of unsv seat frame of chair CB Steel with arms including old screws, S&F new seat frame of well seasoned 1st class sheesham wood duly caned with 2 mm wide plastic cane half round in Godrej pattern fixed to frame with four numbers 75mm machine screws, all as specified and shown on drg.

Removing of unsv back frame of chair CB Steel with arms including old screws, S&F new back frame of well seasoned 1st class sheesham wood duly caned with 2 mm wide plastic cane half round in Godrej pattern fixed to frame with four numbers 75mm machine screws, all as specified and shown on drg.

Removing of unserviceable arms rest of chair CB Steel with arms, S&F of well seasoned 1st class sheesham wood duly painted one coat of synthetic enamelled black paint/ teak shade polished complete all as specified and shown on drg.

Removing of unserviceable rubber cap of chair CB steel with arms, supply and fix of new rubber cap of best quality, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of unserviceable rubber shoes of chair CB steel with arms, supply and fix new hard rubber shoes of best quality complete all as specified directed.

Spot welding to broken joints/parts wherever necessary as specified and directedby Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for painting of steel frames of chair CB steel with arms with two coat of synthic enamel OG paint of approved quality after preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of unserviceable flat rion strip from the bottom of seat and back of chair, supply and fix new flat iron strip of size 50mm x 20mm x 3mm two at bottom and two at back to provide support with welding the both ends of strip with conduit of chair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of old/broken top from existing teapoy and in lieu of providing new top to teapoy of 18 mm thick prelaminated particle board as directed by Engineer-in-charge and shown on drawing.

Removing of Old/broken leg from existing teapoy and S&F new leg to teapoy as directed by Engineer-in-charge and shown on drawing.

Removing of old/Broken long rail from existing teapoy and providing new long rail to teapoy as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of old/broken short rail from existing teapoy and providing new front/rear rail to teapoy as directed by Engineer-in-charge and shown on drawing.

M&L for polishing to teapoy with french polish after cleaning/smoothening the surfaces (old or new) with sand/ emery pape, refilling the borer holes/cracks with putty (wherever required) applying the raw sienna (as per requirement) and make the surface again smooth with sand/emery paperto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old/broken decayed head rest and S&F in position head rest incl legs made out of well seasoned 1st class teak wood frame and S&F 4 mm thick plywood one side teak faced on the frame completed all as specified and directed

Removing of old/ broken cracked rail and S&Fnew long rail of bed of size 75mmx50mmx1980mm made out of well seasoned 1st class teak wood duly wrought and ends slightly rounded of and made o shape as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old/broken decayed foot rest and S&F in position foot rest incl legs made out of well seasoned 1st class teak wood frame and S&F 4 mm thick plywood one side teak faced on the frame completed all as specified and directed

Removal of unsv plywood and Supply and fixing of new plywood 12mm thick (7 ply) BWR, type BB commercial quality comlete all as specified and directed. Make of ply :Greenply / century ply /KITPLY
